XXIX. Facing Challenges

Vivi and Sunoo's relationship continued to thrive, but like all couples, they faced their share of challenges. The pressures of university life, coupled with the expectations of their families and friends, began to take a toll on their bond.

One rainy afternoon, Vivi and Sunoo sat in a small café, sipping on hot chocolate. The rain pattered against the windows, creating a soothing backdrop to their conversation.

"Sunoo, have you thought about our plans for after graduation?" Vivi asked, her voice tinged with uncertainty.

Vivi nodded, biting her lip. "I know. It's just... my parents are expecting me to take over the family business, and I'm not sure how that fits into our plans."

Sunoo reached across the table, taking her hand in his. "We'll figure it out together, Vivi. We always do."

Vivi smiled, but the worry in her eyes remained. "I just don't want anything to come between us."

One evening, after a particularly heated phone call with her parents, Vivi stormed into Sunoo's apartment, her face flushed with frustration.

"This is impossible, Sunoo!" she exclaimed, pacing the room. "They just don't understand how much this means to me!"

Sunoo stood up, trying to calm her. "Vivi, we'll find a way to make them understand. We just need to communicate with them."

Vivi stopped pacing, her eyes filled with tears. "I don't know if I can do this. It feels like everything is falling apart."

Sunoo pulled her into a tight embrace, holding her close. "We're stronger than this, Vivi. We'll get through it together."

Despite their best efforts, the conflicts continued to escalate. One evening, after a long day of classes and meetings, Sunoo and Vivi found themselves arguing in the kitchen.

"You're always so busy, Sunoo," Vivi said, her voice shaking. "I feel like I'm losing you."

Sunoo's expression hardened. "And what about you, Vivi? You're constantly dealing with your parents. We both have our struggles."

Vivi's eyes flashed with anger. "I know, but it feels like we're drifting apart."

Sunoo took a deep breath, trying to keep his voice steady. "Maybe we just need some time to figure things out."

Vivi looked at him, her heart breaking. "Is that what you really want?"

Sunoo shook his head, his voice softening. "No, Vivi. I want us to be together. I just don't know how to handle all this pressure."

Tears streamed down Vivi's face as she reached out to him. "I don't want to lose you, Sunoo."

Sunoo pulled her into his arms, his own eyes brimming with tears. "You won't, Vivi. I love you too much to let that happen."

Their lips met in a desperate, passionate kiss, a reaffirmation of their commitment to each other. The intensity of their emotions surged through them, reminding them of the strength of their bond.
