Ha- ha- hahahaha- I am so totally not going insane thinking about all the writing I'll have to do on night one because of how much THE STUPID PHONE GUY TALKS. HA. HA. HA.

By the way, I know there is no confirmed name for the FNaF 4 tormentors and the Crying Child (except Mike), however they need names, so I went with the most popular names people have given them for this chapter (along with a previous one)! Enjoy this chapter!

Mike had gotten to the place thirty minutes early in order to make sure he knew what he had at his disposal. With a small frown he continued to make his way past Pirates Cove towards the office he was supposed to be working in. As soon as he entered, he knew he was going to hate it there. Michael had been claustrophobic since he was five, and with how small the office was he couldn't help but shudder at the small size of the room, but he supposed he would have to figure out a way to work with it. With how aggressive the animatronics were at my other two jobs in this franchise, Michael thought, I probably won't be too scared about how small this room is but rather how big they are.

He resumed looking around the security office, there were two levers on each side of the room, the levers on the top were red, while the ones below them were white. Michael pulled one of the red levers and jumped as with a loud THUMP, a door collided with the ground. Figuring that would drain power, he pulled the lever up again. It made a slightly less thunderous crash as when the door had come down when the door was lifted back into the ceiling.

Mike tried the white lever, and with a flicker a light outside the door light up the space outside the door, he assumed that was a spot the camera couldn't see as he looked out at the position of the surveillance device. It wouldn't take a genius to know that the levers on the other side of the room did the same thing, so Michael turned his attention to the security logbook that sat on the desk, leaning and propped up against the bottom monitor.

On the front was a picture of Freddy with the pizzeria's name labeling it. The words "security logbook" were underneath the logo. Michael snickered as he took a red pen and scribbled over the "security" part and instead wrote "SURVIVAL." he figured if anyone ever saw this thing he might as well make it clear how irritating the animatronics became at night. There was a white blank spot, where Mike assumed he was supposed to write his name, so he wrote the name he had applied for the job under on the white strip. "MIKE SCHMIDT" he had written. He flipped over to the first page, where someone had left Mike a note. "The next few pages have a spot where you can keep track of the time and take notes on the events of the night! - Anonymous"

Great! Another opportunity for people to find out why the nightguards keep going missing, Mike thought, If I'm going to die here, and I probably will die here considering this is where the missing children were last seen, then I am bringing this establishment down with me! With a sigh, Michael grabbed a small monitor that was next to the logbook and flipped it on, showing the camera footage from all over the pizzeria. With a moment of realization, Mike realized he hadn't checked the time since he had arrived. He looked at his watch and noticed it was 11:57Pm.

He turned off the monitor and put it back down, he then flipped to the second page of the logbook he had been given, where it, just like that note had said, had a section for marking the time and a page dedicated to taking notes. He sat back in his chair and waited for the chaos to begin. In the last three minutes before he began his shift, he decided to think back upon a memory, a happy one, what his family had once been.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Roughly one month before Elizabeth's disappearance...

----------------------------------------------------------------

It had been a sunny day, and due to Elizabeth's nagging and persistence, William had taken the family out to the park.

Anything for the favorite child, Michael thought, rolling his eyes. Although Michael supposed he had been lucky, as he had managed to convince his father to let him invite his friends. Even though he would never admit this, Mike had to promise not to get into any trouble at the park in order for William to even consider letting him invite his friend group along.

Eventually, after what seemed like hours of waiting, Michael knew it had only been 2 minutes though, his friends showed up.

All four of them were wearing masks that went along with their favorite animatronic from the main gang, Frederick wore a Freddy Fazbear mask, Simon wore a Chica mask, Mark wore a Bonnie mask, and Michael had worn a Foxy mask.

"Hey, idiots." Michael greeted his three friends as they walked up, immediately Mark asked, "So, what trouble are we getting in today?"

"I can't do anything bad, but you three can if you want. I had to promise my dad to not get in trouble just to let you guys come." Mike responded. "Shame," Simon said, but Mark looked mad rather than disappointed. Mike knew what he was thinking and told him, "My dad's six feet two inches and works on machines all day long. I don't think you can challenge him. I'd love to see you try though."

Frederick looked shocked meanwhile Simon was nearly suffocating himself by laughing so hard, Mark rolled his eyes and mumbled something before the four began to idly converse with each other. They talked about what they had done so far over the weekend.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Elizabeth pouted as she swung on the swings, still upset that daddy had denied her request for Charlie and Sammy to come along, something about issues with their family, he had said. Evan swung by her, although he was older by two years, he didn't swing as high as Liz did.

Liz jumped off of the swing, about to run over and ask Mikey to play with her when she remembered he had brought his friends. She recalled what he had said about his friends. They don't like you and Evan, so if I'm with them try not to come near. I'll hang out with you as soon as they leave. He had also said that he would have to pick on them as long as they were near, and despite his tendency to hang out with his friends often, Evan and Lizzy did love him. (No romance you little creatures- they're siblings-)

"C'mon Evan! Let's go play on the seesaw!" Liz had shouted, running over to the piece of playground equipment.

The Afton Siblings spent most of the entire day in that park, having fun in their own different ways.

Little did they know...

Little did Michael know...

That would be the last time they went to that park as a whole family.

Michael would regret inviting his friends.

Michael would grow up wishing he had just spent time with his little siblings.

As the years pass, they would all wish they could go to that park together again.
