TWO MOONS LATER.

Alana sat in her and Aegon's chambers, Aegon wasn't there Alana didn't know where he was. She sat on a chair near the fire, reading a book about the histories of Beyond the Wall, she'd probably read this book about a thousand times, she was fascinated about the histories of Beyond the Wall, how the wilding's live, how the Wall was built.

Over the past few moons, Alana had began to grow a resentment towards Aemond Targaryen. Perhaps it was because he never spent his time with Helaena, only when he deemed it necessary.

Helaena deserved better,  she deserved to be with someone she truly loved, and not only for duty. Perhaps in another life, Helaena would be happy with someone who spent actual time with her.

A knock breaks Alana from her reading, she sighs to herself putting her book down on a nearby table. She walked over to the door and opened it revealing a handmaiden, a smile on her face.

"Apologies for the inconvenience my lady, but the Princess Helaena wishes to see her in her chambers." The handmaiden spoke, clenching her hands infront of her stomach.

"Oh, alright." Alana nodded, following the handmaiden out the door, Ser Coren following behind. The halls of the Red Keep were busy, with servants carrying stuff, and guards watching the surroundings.  "It's a nice day isn't it?"

"Yes my lady." The handmaiden nods, behind Alana walked Ser Coren, his metal armor sounding off the halls, nodding towards the other guards in the hall.

Since Aemond and Helaena got married, Helaena's rooms were farther than it used to be. But eventually they arrived at the chambers, Ser Coren stood outside the door with Helaena's Guard. Helaena's Guard opened the door, the handmaiden leaving Alana with a curtsy.

Helaena smiled at Alana as Helaena ushered her into the room, the guard closing the door behind her. The room was nice, it looked like Helaena but there was few things in the room that looked as if it was Aemond's.

They both sat on the table, that had lemon cakes in the middle and other fruits as well. "Have you tried lemon cakes?" Helaena asked, grabbing a sliced lemon from the top of the lemon, eating it.

Alana shook her head, amused by Helaena sudden energy boost. "You haven't? You've been here almost a year and you haven't had a lemon cake yet? Here." Helaena handed Alana a lemon cake.

Alana grabbed the lemon cake, "I don't like sour things but i'll try it." Alana chuckled, before putting it in her mouth.

"How is it?" Helaena asked, picking a grape off its vine.

"Good." Alana nodded, wiping her mouth. "A bit sour and sweet but good."

Helaena smiled, looking at her lap fidgeting with her fingers, Alana noticed her sudden nervousness. "What is it? What's wrong?"

"My maids this morning asked if I had gotten my moon blood." Helaena looked up at Alana. "I have forgotten that I had it for three moons.... so I went to the maester..and he confirmed it..I'm with child."

Alana smiled, "That is good news is it not?"

Helaena placed a gentle hand on her stomach, "It is good news..though I am nervous what Aemond will say..If he will be happy or unhappy."

Alana bit the inside of her lip, with every mention of Aemond her heart grew even bitter about him. "I'm sure he'll be happy." Alana put on a smile for Helaena.

"I do hope you're right." Helaena smiled, rubbing the slight bump on her stomach.

"I'm suprised you didn't know you were with child sooner, considering the slight bump." Alana chuckled, fidgeting with her hands.

Helaena chukcled, "I just thought i'd eaten too many pastries."

Alana chuckled, before a knock was heard on the door.

"Come in." Helaena spoke, taking her hand off her stomach.

The same handmaiden from earlier walked in, "Apologies, my lady, my Princess. A letter for you my lady, from Lord Cregan Stark." The handmaiden spoke, holding out a letter towards Alana.

Alana opened the door to her and Aegons chambers, she'd hoped that he was inside. The room was bright, the mid-day sun shining into the chambers, Aegon sat near the fire just like she had before she left for Helaena's chambers, a goblet of wine on the table near him, half empty. Ser Coren closing the doors behind her, drawing Aegon's attention to her.

Aegon smiles a smile at her before he looked back into the flames, Alana sighed and walked to a chair next to him, sitting on the chair.

"Where were you this morning, you left before I woke." Alana didn't look at him, but at the flames just as he did.

"My mother wanted to see me." Aegon spoke, tearing his eyes away from the fire to his bloodied skin around his nail.

Alana nodded, she noticed he was a bit distracted so she didn't question on why she wanted to see him. "Helaena is with child."

"Is she?" Aegon finally looked at her, which she looked back at him.

"She told me she is nervous for Aemond reaction." Alana fidgets with her rings.

Aegon nodded, leaning back into the chair, before Alana spoke again "I find myself growing more bitter about him everyday with how he treats her." She admits.

Aegon looked at her with a frown but nodded, not saying anything else about the matter. Alana bit the inside of her cheek at his quietness. "Daeron sent a letter." Aegon spoke.

Alana sighed, she knew Aemond was still Aegon's brother despite all the things Aemond did, and will do. "Did he? What did he say?" She tilted her head.

"He's coming home for a few days, then he'll return back to Oldtown." Aegon said, biting the inside of his cheek.

"Oh that is good." Alana nodded, "Cregan sent me a letter as well."

"Oh? What did he say?" Aegon leaned back in his chair.

"Cregan is back in Winterfell, and Arra Norrey is about to give birth this moon." Alana spoke, "I just hope nothing goes wrong during the birth."

"I'm sure she'll be fine." Aegon smiled at her, making Alana worries fly away.
