TWO MOONS LATER.
Alana sat in her and Aegon's chambers, Aegon wasn't there Alana didn't know where he was. She sat on a chair near the fire, reading a book about the histories of Beyond the Wall, she'd probably read this book about a thousand times, she was fascinated about the histories of Beyond the Wall, how the wilding's live, how the Wall was built.
Over the past few moons, Alana had began to grow a resentment towards Aemond Targaryen. Perhaps it was because he never spent his time with Helaena, only when he deemed it necessary.
Helaena deserved better, she deserved to be with someone she truly loved, and not only for duty. Perhaps in another life, Helaena would be happy with someone who spent actual time with her.
A knock breaks Alana from her reading, she sighs to herself putting her book down on a nearby table. She walked over to the door and opened it revealing a handmaiden, a smile on her face.
"Apologies for the inconvenience my lady, but the Princess Helaena wishes to see her in her chambers." The handmaiden spoke, clenching her hands infront of her stomach.
"Oh, alright." Alana nodded, following the handmaiden out the door, Ser Coren following behind. The halls of the Red Keep were busy, with servants carrying stuff, and guards watching the surroundings. "It's a nice day isn't it?"
"Yes my lady." The handmaiden nods, behind Alana walked Ser Coren, his metal armor sounding off the halls, nodding towards the other guards in the hall.
Since Aemond and Helaena got married, Helaena's rooms were farther than it used to be. But eventually they arrived at the chambers, Ser Coren stood outside the door with Helaena's Guard. Helaena's Guard opened the door, the handmaiden leaving Alana with a curtsy.
Helaena smiled at Alana as Helaena ushered her into the room, the guard closing the door behind her. The room was nice, it looked like Helaena but there was few things in the room that looked as if it was Aemond's.
They both sat on the table, that had lemon cakes in the middle and other fruits as well. "Have you tried lemon cakes?" Helaena asked, grabbing a sliced lemon from the top of the lemon, eating it.
Alana shook her head, amused by Helaena sudden energy boost. "You haven't? You've been here almost a year and you haven't had a lemon cake yet? Here." Helaena handed Alana a lemon cake.
Alana grabbed the lemon cake, "I don't like sour things but i'll try it." Alana chuckled, before putting it in her mouth.
"How is it?" Helaena asked, picking a grape off its vine.
