- "When we are little and we have to do a project about ourselves, our parents tell us that we came into the world because they loved each other very much, but that was not my case. No. In my case, I was born from the body of a dead woman, taken out of her womb so I wouldn't die and could live better. When I was born, it was decided that I would go to the same place as my brother, but that didn't happen," Violet's voice is heard speaking as images appear. "In my case, my aunt didn't keep me like she did my brother; instead, she left me in a church for the priests and nuns to raise me. They dedicated themselves to my upbringing, all directed towards carrying God in my heart," she says with a laugh. "But luckily, I'm not like that. I'm what they would call a philosopher or a Christian heretic. That means I don't believe everything the Bible says should be followed to the letter."
The people at Hogwarts who were familiar with the Catholic or Christian religion, meaning those who knew the Bible, nodded in agreement with Violet's perspective.
- "And in the end, instead of being a being of God, you are a being of hell," says Dolores Umbridge, pointing at her.
- "Who invited the bitter pink toad?" asks Lucifer, making Violet and her children laugh, along with others.
- "Remember, children, everyone deserves forgiveness, and that is what we must give them because God is benevolent," says Sister Lorelai. Mini Violet raises her hand. "Yes, Miss Violet?"
- "And what happens when someone doesn't deserve forgiveness?"
- "As I said before, everyone deserves forgiveness."
- "Even people who harm others?"
- "What kind of harm?"
- "Yes, harm, like killing other people or doing horrible things. Is God benevolent with them too?"
- "Yes, because God is in every heart," says Sister Mary.
- "So, if we do something bad like that, nothing will happen to us?"
- "That's not it either. What will happen is that God will see if your soul is pure or impure and based on that, He will decide if you go to hell or heaven."
- "Do you understand, Violet? God will keep you safe from all sin if you keep Him in your heart," says Sister Lorelai. "Because that's what you want, right? To be in heaven and reunite with your family and friends."
- "Yes, I'm sorry. But it seemed a bit incoherent to me."
- "Do you understand, Violet? God will keep you safe from all sin if you keep Him in your heart," says Sister Lorelai. "Because that's what you want, right? To be in heaven and reunite with your family and friends?"
- "Yes, ma'am," says Violet, lowering her gaze and with tears in her eyes.
- "Soon after, they decided it was better for me to take advanced classes in other subjects since they saw me as very innocent and wanted to keep that purity. So, I and other girls were separated from the rest of the class to be given lessons on the duties of a wife," Violet's voice narrates while scenes of books and an all-girls class appear.
