The atmosphere in the room grew heavy, the murmurs rising in intensity as Violet kept her gaze locked on Damon. Everyone waited anxiously for what would come next, knowing it would not be easy to hear.

- "Are you sure about this, Damon?" Elena asked, her eyes brimming with concern.

- "I'm sure. If this is what she needs to heal, then so be it," he replied, his blue eyes reflecting cold determination.

Maze, with a dark smile, stepped forward, placing a firm but gentle hand on Damon's shoulder, guiding him toward the door.

The door closed behind them, leaving an uncomfortable silence hanging in the air. Violet took a deep breath, steadying herself as her eyes swept over the room, meeting the gazes of those present. Some faces were marked with confusion, others with understanding, and a few with judgment.

- "I don't want you to think this is just revenge. It's justice—for everything I endured, for everything we endured," Violet said, her voice strong but with an undertone of vulnerability. Her trembling hands betrayed her inner turmoil. "It's not easy for me to talk about what happened, let alone confront it. But I can't move forward without doing this."

Dean stepped closer, taking her hands in his, his grip warm and reassuring.

- "We're with you, love. Do what you need to do."

She nodded, gratitude evident in her tear-brimmed eyes. Turning back to the others, especially those tied to her past suffering, her gaze hardened.

- "I've been carrying this weight for so long. Anthony and his mother—they destroyed me. Not just my body, but my spirit. They ripped away everything I loved, everything I was. And even now, miles and years away, I feel their claws embedded in my mind."

Her voice cracked, and tears streaked down her face, but she pressed on.

- "I know some of you might think this is cruel, or excessive. But I need you to understand—this isn't just about them. It's about me, reclaiming my life from the wreckage they left behind."

She turned her piercing gaze to Stefan, whose expression was laden with guilt.

- "You could have done something. Anything. But you chose not to. That makes you complicit."

Stefan lowered his head, his shame evident. Caroline squeezed his hand, offering silent support but refraining from speaking. Violet's words were harsh, but she knew they were necessary.

- "What happened in that house wasn't just abuse. It was the systematic destruction of my soul. And now, it's time for everyone who played a part to face the consequences of their actions—even if it means revisiting their own pain."

Her voice wavered, yet her resolve remained unbroken.

Then, a chilling laugh rippled through the room. Ruby. Still buried within Violet, the demon relished the chaos brewing. Violet felt anger and fear bubbling up. She couldn't allow Ruby to derail this moment.

- "Enough, Ruby," Violet hissed through clenched teeth. "I won't let you ruin this."

Lucifer stepped forward, his gaze a mix of compassion and solemn understanding.

- "Don't worry, Violet. We're here to ensure this is done right—and to protect you, no matter what happens."

She nodded, drawing strength from his words.

With a deep, steadying breath, Violet readied herself for what lay ahead. This wasn't just a game. It was her battle for freedom, for truth. And she would see it through to the end—whatever it cost.

In that moment, Damon re-entered the room, guided by Maze

In that moment, Damon re-entered the room, guided by Maze. His face was pale, his blue eyes wide with a mixture of horror and understanding. He stopped in the middle of the room, locking eyes with Violet.

- "I'm sorry," was all he could manage to say.

Violet studied him for a long moment, her expression unreadable. Finally, she nodded slowly. Words couldn't undo the past, but at least now, he understood—a little—her suffering.

With a small gesture, Violet motioned for Maze to take Damon away. Maze nodded silently, leading the vampire out of the room without resistance. Left standing in the center of the room, Violet exhaled deeply, a mix of relief and exhaustion washing over her.

- "One down," she murmured to herself. "One down. The next one is waiting."

Damon froze just before the door, turning back with confusion and unease etched across his features.

- "What do you mean, 'the next one'? I thought this was over."

- "It's over for you," Violet replied evenly. "But you're not the only one I have unfinished business with."

- "Oh, really? And who's next?" Damon asked, his voice carrying a hint of defensiveness.

Violet's gaze moved pointedly to Stefan, her hand extending to indicate him.

- "Your brother. The so-called Prince Charming," she said with icy calm.

Stefan stiffened, meeting her gaze.

- "I thought we'd already resolved this," he said, though his voice faltered slightly.

From the side of the room, Edward, Violet's son, looked at her with wide, curious eyes.

- "What happened with him, Mom? You never told me about this."

Violet turned toward her son, her expression softening slightly.

- "It's not a story you tell lightly," she admitted, her voice tinged with weariness. "But sometimes, the truth is necessary—for the story to continue."

Her gaze flicked back to Stefan, the warmth she'd shown her son replaced with steely determination. She wasn't done yet. This reckoning was far from over.

This reckoning was far from over
