- The air rushed back into my lungs. I felt that peace had returned, that no one was above me anymore, that everything was silent. His hands no longer touched mine, nor my skin, leaving no trace at all. He was gone—not in the bed, not in the living room, not in the room. Nothing could be heard, just his footsteps fading away little by little, trying to leave with as little noise as possible. After all the pain he had caused me, at least he had the decency to set me free.

I got out of bed, still feeling the pain he had inflicted on me. That pain that would never go away, the pain of betrayal and the pain of violation. But of course, it seemed like everyone was waiting, waiting to know what had happened in that room, what had been consummated. It didn't matter if I had given my consent; that consummation, meaning that I had agreed to have sex with him. But of course, who cares? To a poor orphan girl, to a poor girl that no one wants. The only people who had shown any mere pretense of wanting to adopt me had ended up destroying me even more than I already was before this whole wedding farce. I was happy, happy with Stefan and with the life I had dreamed of alongside him. —Violet's voice-over.

Everyone turned when they heard a door open and saw Violet appear with two little girls, one holding her hand, who looked older, and the other, the youngest, was clinging to Lucifer's neck. "Hello," Violet says as she approaches where everyone is gathered.

- "We didn't know you suffered so much. Nor that Dad did all that to you," Neil says.

- "Oh, my children, don't be afraid. That's in the past," Violet says as she hugs them and strokes their hair.

- "Why didn't you ever tell us?" Diana asks.

- "He was your father. I didn't want you to know what he did or whether you should love him or not," Violet replies.

- "But he hurt you," Rosie says. "Tell me he's in hell and being tortured." She looks at Lucifer, her eyes turning yellow.

- "Yes, don't worry, my princess," Violet says. "Lucifer has a special chamber just for him."

- "It's so much fun torturing him when I go down to see him," Lucifer says, laughing with Maze.

- "Yes, it's the best," the demon says.
