"𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔, 𝐒𝐈𝐑 𝐖𝐎𝐋𝐅𝐈𝐄. 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐀 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐍," she thanked him as he dropped the pink candle he was holding in his mouth into her palm. Sirius internally snickered, wondering if she'd be whistling the same tune when she found out he wasn't a super friendly stray dog.

The night was a most special one indeed, for as of midnight, Saturday, October first, it was Lovella Granger's nineteenth birthday. She had stolen a special feast, full of berries and flavorful chicken and roasted vegetables, and the cherry on top, she had gotten her friend Cedric to buy her two honey cakes from Hogsmeade and a birthday candle.

He had finished his feast, his Love only eating a few strawberries from the entire Tupperware of berries, and they were now preparing to celebrate her birth with the sweet treat. His Love stuck the candle in one of the small cakes and set it between them.

Ella then took out her wand and pointed it at the wick. "Incendio." A flame suddenly lit, and she put her wand away. "Happy birthday to me," she mumbled with a soft smile. The warm light of the fire illuminated her face a soft peach in the pale moonlight. Sirius felt his heart skip a beat as the flame danced in the reflection of her eyes.

Ella shut her eyes and made a wish before blowing out the candle. I wish that Harry has a happy year – and doesn't almost die for a fourth time.

She took the candle out and took a first bite of it, being the birthday girl and all. She audibly moaned as the sweetness hit her tongue. At her feet, Sirius couldn't help but stare at her mouth as she licked the crumbs off her lips seductively.

He couldn't comprehend how Remus wouldn't like such an angel. He sure as hell did. He wanted nothing more than for that pesky rat to finally reveal himself so he could finish his business and reveal his own self.

"Here you go, Wolfie. My treat. Well, Cedric's treat." She passed him the other honey cake, and Sirius gobbled it up in two bites. It had been over a decade since he had tasted a honey cake, and it was just as delicious as he remembered. And being given by Love on such a special day, well, that just made it all the more sweet.

"Thank you for celebrating with me. I know that Mione organized some extravagant, surprise celebration, but I quite like beginning the day in peace. Merlin knows Fred and George are going to do something that will give me a heart attack. Every year, it's something. Last year, they sent me a present box that ticked like a bomb. Terrified me, it did. Turned out, it was a glitter bomb, and it exploded in my face."

Sirius couldn't help but laugh – as much as a dog could laugh.

"Mione is amazing at keeping secrets. But Ron? Not so much. Harry is all right, but he can be even worse sometimes - especially when it's me or Mione extracting it out of him. I believe he just hates lying to me, but he tells Mione everything when she asks because he's terrified of her." Ella chuckled to herself, remembering how last time her little sister scolded Harry for being late for lunch, he visibly shrunk in his seat. "I hadn't meant to ruin the surprise, I swear. I had just asked him why he had a birthday cake in his room, and he blurted it out."
