Chapter 9

It was morning, Raul was in his Ranćho cleaning his horse, and he smiled brightly. Lando, his mate, noticed it and said

"Seems happy today, Raul," then Aurthor came outside and said, "So? Raul, how's yesterday?"

Raul sat down and replied, "Well, it was the best of my life, I haven't been too close to her, not like yesterday." Then his mate laughed

"Did you confess?" Said Lando, "Nope, I haven't gotten the right time, " replied Raul
Kanlo came to them, and he pat Raul shoulder and said

"You should confess before it's too late,"

"Yeah, Kanlo is right Raul, you love her, right? Said Aurthor. "Yes, I do," replied Raul

"So? What's the sitting just confess right now? " said Lando, " But im afraid that she will reject me, " said Raul

"How can she reject you when she loves you, Raul, and it's not bad to try to confess your feelings to her," said Aurthor

"We should head to the market. We need to buy some things for our horses," said Raul. He stood up and went to his horse

He climb up to his horse, and they gallop to the market.

They arrived at the market, they climbed down to their houses and they went to a stall.

Then Raul was finding some things, but each stall seemed to have nothing on what he wanted, but his eyes got attention to a girl with blue eyes, and she wore a beautiful white dress.

Lando came to him and patted and said

"Go and confess, we will take care of your horse,"

Lando took Rino's rope, and Raul came towards Diana with heart beating, and he saved his courage to confess what he felt for Diana.

Diana was talking with her friends. Diana saw Raul approaching, and she smiled and said to her friends

"I should go guyss see you around," said Diana

"See you around," said her friend, and they left,

Raul faced Diana. "Hey, good morning. What's bring you here?" said Diana

Raul replied, "Well, I was searching at the market to buy some things for my horse." Diana noticed Raul's hands and thought he was nervous. She smiled

"I wanted to say you something," said Raul

"Well, what is it? said Diana,

Then Raul's horse got lost in control. He took a bouquet from a stall that sold flowers, and Lando was trying to catch him, but he ran.

"Hey, that horse stole my bouquet," said the vendor angrily. Lando came to the stall and said, " I'm sorry about it, here's the payment," and he then gave the payment to the vendor

Rino came to Raul and Diana

Diana was startled at first, but she then saw that he was holding something in his mouth

She smiled, and she wanted to grab them, but Rino immediately gave the bouquet of red roses to Diana.

"Diana, I like you, I have been developing feelings since we first meet, I can't even picture you out of my mind, I always think of you and each time I saw you I smiled and when we made eye contact my heart started to beat crazily," said Raul

Diana looked at Raul with surprised in her eyes and said, "I'm feeling the same as you, Raul."

Raul came closer to her and held her hand and said, "Will you be my girlfriend?"
They looked at each other's eyes, and their heart beat crazily in sync.

Diana was about to speak

Raul rapidly let go of Diana's hand when
Diana's father approached them

"Diana, what are you doing!" said Raymond, then Raul's father came "Raul ive been looking for you for ages, " said Raymond,

then their Father's stared with anger in their eyes, and then Diego held Diana's hand and left without a word.

Meanwhile, Raymond grabbed Raul's ear and angrily said, " How many times, I told you that stay away from her. Is that really hard?"

Then Rino swayed his head to Raymond,
Raymond got disgust and he let go Raul, he pointed at him while saying " if i saw you again with that girl, I don't what will gonna do with her, so stay away, so that girl will not suffer."

At Diana's mansion,

Diana and her Father arrived at their mansion, then her father slap her hardly and said " How many times I say that you stay away from him" "Why do I need dad I loved him "said Diana

"You loved someone who killed your mother?" said her father.

Years ago, Diana wasn't born, Raymond was arranged to Veranie, but they didn't know that Raymond secretly had a girlfriend, and they got a month old baby. Veranie was already fallen with a woodsman named Diego,

Veranie was given birth to Diana a year later. Diego and Veranie wanted to run away, but Raymond accidentally killed Veranie instead of Diego.

Diego did many hardships and sacrifices years have passed. He then elected as the new mayor of Larrane, and Raymond married the girl he had pregnated with.

"He won't do such a sin like that if you hate him, put your anger to his Father, not on us," said Diana,

then Diego slaped her. The maid got worried, and she approached her. "For now on, your maid will follow you wherever you go," said Diego

He pointed the maid with furious eyes , "and you make sure you kept on eye on her,"

The maid nodded. "Yes, sir, I will," said the maid, then Diego left.

They're in the kitchen, Diana sat down, and the maid noticed that she is sad, and then she got an idea.

The maid left the kitchen and went to Diego's room. She got in, and she locked it so Diego couldn't see her.

She was desperately finding his suitcase, finally she found it, she took the papers and hid it in a bag she brought.

Diego was going to his room, and he was surprised to see the maid ge out of his room.

The maid was also surprised, Diego came to her and asked, "What are you doing in my room and holding a bag?"

The maid was nervous, she feels her hands sweating and her heart beating.

She replied, ".....Ummmm.... I was getting your dirty laundry , sir, cause...... today is my laundry duty.

Diego was suspicious and thinking she was lying, so he looked into the bag,

And he smirked that the maid really said the truth, "Okay, you should go and start laundry and don't forget about Diana's."

"I was going to sir," said the maid,

Diego left and got inside his room. The maid sighed of relief. She smiled and left.

She went to the kitchen and she put the bag on the table. Diana was curious about what she had brought, and she asked her, " ...umm... what did you bring?

The maid replied, "ohhh... it's just dirty laundry.. Don't touch it, okay?"

Diego was going to work when he stopped by the door and he looked at the maid.

The maid was nervous that maybe he found out that she stole his papers from the suitcase

"You should take good eye on Diana, don't lose sight," said Diego.

The maid nodded. " Yes sir," then she opened the door, and Diego went out.
