Aloha people of the Interwebs. My name is Addy, and I have written two other fanfictions, all of them including Pierce the Veil in one way or another. My instagrams are @/fetus.fuentes @/piercethe.addy and @/i_draw_art_not_tragedies so yeah. This story will be told from Tony's point of view unless told otherwise, let's get started.

I was walking around an old record store in town, hoping to find some awesome vinyls, oh, and I was on a "mission" to find a new band for Jaime and I to be in. I really wanted to find a new band, but I felt like Jaime was being very rushed about it, our band broke up a week ago. I didn't understand that idiot.

My phone started ringing and I saw that it was Jaime, so I answered it. "Tony! How's the band hunting going?" Jaime asked with a very excited tone.

"I'm getting there.." I groaned, I wouldn't have been doing this if I wasn't head over heals in love with him, but that's the price I had to pay for falling in love with such an idiot.

"Okay, I'll call you in a little bit, and have a band by then!" Jaime hung up.

I walked over to the board where people put band member requests. There was a small Mexican kid putting one up, he looked like he was twelve.

"Hey, what kind of band are you in?" I asked, maybe his older brother or something was in a band.

"It's like post-hardcore, with my brother, I'm Vic by the way." He said as he eagerly held out his hand.

"Are you guys perhaps looking for a bassist and a guitarist?" I asked while shaking his hand. I wasn't even going to question his age, twelve year-olds have lots of teen angst for bands.

"Only a bassist." My heart sunk when he said that. I could tell that that Vic guy had a lot of potential, and I wanted the best for Jaime, he deserved to be famous. I could just work at my dad's shop for the rest of my life.

I gave Vic Jaime's number and then left the store. I wanted to break down right there in the parking lot. No one else was looking for a guitarist, just drummers and singers. I got into my car and turned on some sad music. I liked metal music, but in times like that, sappy songs were the only thing the could've helped.

Jaime's POV:

For some reason when I called Tony he didn't pick up. He was probably driving. Instead a couple of minutes later I got a call from an unknown number, and I reluctantly picked it up. "Heloooooo.." I said, half hoping that it was Tony about to tell me about good band news.

"Is this Jaime Preciado?" a random guy asked.

"Tis I," I said, still skeptical about the caller.

"Hi! I'm Vic and one of your friends game me your number so that I could contact you about being the bassist for our band, Pierce the Veil!" He immediately got really hyper when he found out that it was me talking.

"Yeah, definitely, Tony and I would love to be in your band." There was a long pause after I said that.

"But, we only need a bassist... sorry."

"No way, if Tony isn't in the band then I'm not in the band, and that's final!" I wondered why Tony hadn't chosen a band that needed a bassist and a guitarist?

"Well, I'll consider it."

"You better consider it, let me tell you, just let me fuckin tell you how amazing Tony Perry is. He is the best guitarist that I have ever met, and one of my best friends. I'm not shitting you, you could give him a song and in a couple of days he would have the whole guitar part memorized. He can fuckin shred, and when he's preforming he looks like he's just so in love with music and everything about the song that he is playing. He may be shy in person, but if you start to talk to him about Star Wars, or Cheeze-its he will talk for hours on end. He's like a little turtle, that's why I call him tony turtle. He's been playing guitar since he was fifteen. He's just sooooooo talented, he can even solve a Rubik's Cube in two minutes, now do you know anyone else that can do that, 'cause I sure as don't." I never realized how much I knew about Tony, we had known each other for two years.
