I woke up a little late, so I rushed to the bathroom and did what I had to do. After that, I went down to eat my breakfast. While eating breakfast with my parents, I pulled out my phone and checked my social media.

I received messages from the girls, and I started a group chat. I read their conversation and told them to get ready for school. Then I scrolled through my phone and received a notification from another group chat.

After their conversation, I continued to scroll until I saw Mikha's message, so I immediately clicked it to read her message.

After Mikha and I's conversation, I didn't notice my dad looking at me as if I had done something or as if I were in trouble.
"Why, dad?" I said curiously, continuing to finish my food.
"Nothing. I just noticed that you're on your phone at the table" he said, continuing to eat his meal.
"Also, you're smiling at your phone. How was school?" he added.
"Ah, my friends and I were talking about something funny" I said, smiling at him. But I can't deny that Mikha was the reason why I was smiling earlier.
"And school was fine. it's great. We've met new friends" I added, finishing up my meal.
After my meal, I told my parents that I would leave for school. When I arrived at school, Mikha was already standing where we usually wait for the girls. So I rushed to go out of the car and approach her because sooner or later, our friends will arrive, so we'll have to talk through our socials because our friends will tease us.
"Hey, how was your sleep?" Mikha said, smiling at me.
"It was good. how about you?" I answered and asked her back.
"It's good too. do you want some drink?" Mikha said, handing me a cup of coffee.
"Thank you! Much needed since history first class natin and we both didn't get enough sleep, but peaceful sleep since I had a great time last night" I said, accepting the cup of coffee while smiling at her.
"How about you? Do you have yours? baka sayo talaga to ah" I added.
"No, I have mine. I also enjoyed everything last night. Thank you, Ulit, for coming with me" she said, pulling out her cup of coffee, assuring me that we're both going to be awake in our history class.
She moved to the waiting shed and patted the seat beside her like she's telling me to sit beside her. I sat beside her and rested my head against the wall behind me.
She moved closer to my seat, tapped her shoulder, and said, "You can rest your head here" while still tapping her shoulder.
"Besides, we'll wait for the girls for at least 30 minutes. rest your head here" she added.
"It's fine, baka si she pa makakita satin" I said and laughed.
"What more if Maloi?" she asked, laughing.
"Let them see what they see. if they ask, I will never answer" she said while looking at me.
"What they see is what they get" she added.
"You have a point, peram nalang ako nyan" I said, pointing at her earpods on her left ear.
"You got it, but you might not like my playlist" she said, scratching the back of her head.
"To the bone is good. I love this song" I answered excitedly as I heard what was playing in the earpods.
"It is, so calming" she said while looking at me.
We shared laughter and jokes while sharing earpods and listening to music while sitting beside each other in the shed. After almost an hour, the girls arrived one by one.
"Good morning, ate, oiah" Stacey said, smiling at me.
"Morning, Staks" I said, smiling back at her.
We heard Colet, Mikha, Maloi, and Gwen laughing, so the girls and I decided to join them.
"Anong meron?" Sheena said, still looking at those four who're laughing their hearts out.
"Si Mikha kasi" Gwen didn't finish what she was saying when her eyes passed at the three, and they laughed nonstop.
"Anong meron kay mikhs??" Jhoanna said and looked at the girls, confused.
"Nilagay nya yung Name ni Nicolette sa position for Vp" Maloi said and laughed, which made me and the girls laugh too.
"HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA REAL?? TOP 1 NATIN YAN EH" Stacey said, laughing her heart out.
"Hoy anong nicolette tsaka tinatamad kasi ako nun isa lang binasa ko" she said, crossing her arms and laughing, which made us confused.
"Ba't natawa ka pa?? Bunot ka nga ni mikhs e" I said, laughing at her.
"Hindi lang ako, ikaw din at si jho HAHAHAHAHAHAH" Colet said and laughed so hard, which made Maloi and Gwen laugh while Mikha was looking at me and smiling at me secretly.
"Huh? Me? Bakit ako mikhaela!" Jhoanna said, looking at Mikha.
"Anong position??" Sheena asked the four and looked at me and Jhoanna.
"Aiah as Secretary and Jho as Assistant Secretary" Maloi said, laughing so hard.
"Laro yan si mikhs" Gwen said, laughing with Maloi.
"Well, the dean told me to pick students who I see as having potential to do well in those positions" Mikha explained while looking at me.
"But Colet, I just picked her up in a cup full of your names" Mikha said, laughing, which made Maloi and Gwen laugh with her.
