Like it was said in Chapter 1, after Giyu and Kanae confessed their feelings to each other, they got themselves into a secret relationship... and like I said in Chapter 3, this isn't really Chapter 4 kinda considering it only showcases moments of Giyu and Kanae's relationship weeks/days before what happened to Giyu.
I guess you can call this chapter a filler if you want. (I also know that Giyu in canon joined the corps before Kanae and Sanemi, just to put it out there)

Giyu was sleeping peacefully, until...
"Wakey wakey!"

No response
"HEY! WAKE UP!"
Giyu slowly woke up
"...huh...?"
"Good morning, sleepyhead" Shinobu said
"What time is it...?" Giyu asked as Shinobu sighed
"You slept in, literally almost noon. You must've been really tired if that's the case" Shinobu stated
"Mm... where's Kanae...?"
Shinobu pointed to Giyu's side as he looked
Kanae was sleeping peacefully
"Oh..."
Giyu slowly stood up, but it started to awake Kanae as well
"Already acting like an old married couple huh..." Shinobu mumbled
Giyu heard that, then he turned away, hiding his blush from Shinobu
"T-That's not true... and why didn't you wake us up...?" Giyu asked
"First, I didn't want to disturb... second, I was busy with other things... patients and all" Shinobu responded
Shinobu then stared down at Giyu
"Mm?"
"And third, treat my sister wrong... you'll get what's coming to you..." Shinobu threatened as Giyu looked at her
"Don't worry... I won't..." Giyu said
"Hmph"
"Oh... good morning you two..." Kanae said as she yawned
(Cute...) Giyu thought as he turned more, now hiding his blush from Kanae
"Good morning..." Giyu said, speaking in his usual deadpan tone
"Ara~ So early and you're already acting this way~? What's wrong Giyu-kun~?" Kanae asked as she stood up and hugged Giyu from behind
"Are you thinking about the fact... we slept next to each other for the first time as a couple~?" Kanae asked again with a smile on her face
Kanae then looked to Giyu's side as she saw the blush on his face
"Oh my~ is my Giyu-kun is flustered?" Kanae teased with a giggle
"H-Hey..."
"Flirting already? Jeez you two... can you both at least NOT act like this every time I am here... especially in a place with many people!" Shinobu said, starting to get annoyed
