Chapter 145: Important person

As Lisa heads to Jungkook's company, Jungkook sat in his chair and a small smile curled on his god-like face. His wife was going to be here. How he wished to let the whole world know how happy he is... actually, he can, but he needs his wife's approval first.

As Jungkook was in his own sweet thoughts, he did not realize his dumbfounded assistant. Sehun stares in wide eyes and his mouth open in the shape of an 'O'. He could not believe his eyes at all. His boss had just returned to his office from the meeting and he made a phone call. A phone call! His boss never makes a phone call, it was always others calling him!

However, the most unbelievable thing did happen. Not only that, during that phone call, Sehun paid very close attention to his boss's expressions. From happy to murderous and then happiness! Without a doubt, he knows there's only one person who can make his boss's cold and aloof aura break, and that person was coming here for lunch!

His lady boss is really coming here!! Just what kind of uproar will Jeon Corps be in today?!!!

As quickly as the smile came, it disappears. Jungkook returned to his mastered supreme poker face. He looks at his still dumbfounded assistant.

"My wife will be here at 11:45am. Inform the security guard in advance to let her in right away."

Wife.....?

Sehun tilted his head. Did his boss just called the lady boss wife? Oh lord! What kind of news is this?!! Never in his entire life, did he think to ever hear his boss use the word!! Wait... wife? His boss and the lady boss got married?

Shaking his head, he straightens himself and salutes, "Sir! Yes sir!!"

Sehun flashed out the door at the speed of light. He must notify the security guard and Secretary Yu of the lady boss's arrival!!! If he doesn't and his lady boss gets into a complicated situation, who knows what kind of wrath will await him!!

"...."

Jungkook watched his assistant leave. He didn't know to laugh or cry. Shaking his head, he looks at the time and goes back to working. He wants to get all his work done, so he can spend lunch with his wife without anything bothering him.

While Sehun ran like a maniac inside Jeon Corps, all the employees were curious. However, no one dared to ask.

Two female workers watched everything unfold and couldn't help but start a conversation.

Girl 1: "Why is assistant Xu Sehun in such a hurry?"

Girl 2: "I'm not sure, something must have happened."

Girl 1: "That reminds me, I have a friend who said she saw CEO Jeon with supermodel, Lisa brushweiler at the supermarket."

Girl 2: "Eh?! You mean, THEE LISA? The woman of every man's dream?!"

Girl 1: "Yes, that Lisa. My friend said they were shopping together and CEO Jeon even called her 'wife'."

Girl 2: "Our cold and aloof CEO, who is handsomely charming with the delicate and beautiful, Lisa brushweiler... What a perfect match."

The woman sighs, "Its a pity, that means our boss is no longer China's most eligible bachelor. Just how many women would be heart broken..."

Girl 1: "I'm also heartbroken. I come to work everyday just too see our handsome boss! But, I don't mind my lady boss being Lisa. She's a true beauty and everyone says she's a good person. Unlike the so-called beauty here, who is a fake."

As the two women continued into their conversation, they did not realize that everything they said was heard. Sana stood behind the two women with only a giant plant blocking her from view.

She wore a pink blouse tucked inside a navy pencil skirt with matching pink sandal heels. Her nails digging into her clenched palms and her eyes glaring daggers at the two women.

Qian Sana had follow Sehun to the first floor because she wanted to know why he was in such a rush. But who knew she'd overhear the two women's conversation.

'My Jungkook and Lisa brushweiler? Hmmf, dream on! This world isn't so small. Lisa may be Asia's number one ranking model, but doesn't mean she knows Jungkook. How dare these lowly sluts say the two were a couple! Only, I, Qian Sana am worthy to be Jungkook wife!'

Just then, her eyes caught sight of Sehun's figure. He said something to the front receptionist and quickly left out the double doors of Jeon Corps. Quickly, she ignores the two women and heads over to the front desk.

Seeing Sana, the girl at the receptionist desk smiles, "Miss Qian, how can I help you?"

Qian Sana smiles politely, "I have a packaged delivered, is it here yet?"

"Oh, let me check." The girl looks at the computer and types away.

Purposely distracting the dumb girl, Sana sneers inwardly, "I just saw assistant Sehun, Why was he in such a hurry?"

Without thinking, the girls answers as she types on the keyboard, "Oh, assistant Sehun said a very important person is coming to Jeon Corps."

Sana pouted her red lips, "Important? Did he say who?"

"Assistant Sehun said it was--"

Realizing she had messed up, the girl looks at Qian Sana then she lowers her head, "Assistant Xu said it was confidential."

Sana clenched her fists. She is the future wife of Jungkook, how dare these workers talk and keep things from her! Annoyed, she turns and leaves from the receptionist.

"Miss Qian, What about your package? I haven't-"

Before the girl could finish, Sana figure had already turned around the corner.

"...."

Sana stops at a corner where no workers were in sight, she stomps her heel and her nostril flaring. Taking out her phone, she dials a number. After five rings, someone answers.

["Sana, I am currently busy. What is it?"]

"Dad, who is CEO Jeon meeting today?"

["Meeting? His next meeting isn't until 2pm.]

"Dad, I heard that a very important person is coming to meet CEO Jeon. Do you know if this person is a man or a woman?"

["Sana, why would CEO Jeon meet a woman? You know how he is. The very important person he is meet is Zi International's CEO."]

Hearing her father's words, Sana sighed in relief. She said goodbye and ended the call. So, Jungkook wasn't meeting a woman. Just as her father said, Jungkook has never been in a scandal and he didn't like to be close to women. She has been slowly making her progress to get closer to the man of her dreams.

Calming herself, she heads to her office with a happy smile, making all the male workers blush and admire her beauty.
