Yes, I skipped a couple of episodes. But I'm sure you wanna know what's gonna happen with Lloyd and Y/n instead of just hearing of the others for a little bit. It makes more sense to continue from where I left off writing instead of suddenly going to Kai and Wyldfyre or Sora and Nya. Plus the part 2 & 3 were like their replacement, hope that's okay.
Y/n's POV...
I haven't looked at Lloyd since I decided to break things off with him. And Arin has seemed more incline to fill the silence with ideal chatter. "Butter-cream, butter-flake, crisp flake, and finally crumble wall. But that was mostly for Lloyd's benefit. I glanced at my brother and caught a glimpse of Lloyd looking miserable and leaning into the wheel.
"Wow, my mistake. Guess their can be fifty-two different kinds of pie crusts." I heard him say.
I turned away at that. "Uh, Lloyd, that 'Mother Garden' place the Temple Spirit said to look for? I think we found it." I looked over the rail and realised my brother was right. We had found it.
Without another word we lowered to the ground and landed.
"Woah!" Arin laughed. He was impressed with this place, but he seemed to be impressed with everything.
With the anchor down we jumped to the ground. Walking around the Mother Garden made me realise that Arin's woah, was completely justified. This place was beautiful. I loved it. I almost wanted to stay here forever.
The flowers were beautiful I wanted to pluck one, but that would destroy it's beauty entirely. Suddenly the sound of bells rang through the air. "Huh?" I signed, Arin was messing with branches on what looked like a willow tree.
"Never heard a willow tree make that kind of sound before. " I said walking over and brushing my hand over the willow tree, hearing it's sound.
"This land is wild Sis." Arin told me. I smiled at that.
"It sure is Arin."
He turned to Lloyd then. "But I guess you've seen weird stuff like this a lot on your adventures."
It suddenly snapped into place, he wanted us to talk. It seemed like Lloyd was game for it because he said, voice filled with smugness, "Oh I've seen weird stuff..." Suddenly it faded and he sat down gently shaking one of the flower bushes. Bubbles came out of it. "But maybe not like this."
I watched the bubbles as they floated. "The core!" Arin yelled excitedly. He ran towards it and I quickly followed. He got really close to it. "Easier to find than I thought it'd be!" He went to grab it.
"Wait!" Lloyd told him. "The spirit told us the core was entrusted to the people."
"That was centuries ago."
"Some things live for centuries." I said.
"She's right. There could still be someone protecting it. We should ask permission before we just take it."
"Yeah, good point, but who do we ask?"
"That's a good question Arin. I don't think any of us know the answer too." I told him.
My eyes widened as the things around the core rose up. They were snail people, or at least looked that way.
"Congradulations, wanderers, for you have passed our little test." What?
"What test?" Arin asked voicing my thoughts.
"Why, to see if you would steal our core or not. I am Zant-tanz, acting general of the Mucoid warriors here in the Mother garden."
