I looked at Max, he had a massive grin on his face. His mum on the other hand, well, she looked shocked, really shocked.

                          
"wow, really?" she squealed.

                          
"yes mum, I'm going to be a daddy." Max smiled.

                          
"oh my gosh, I'm so pleased for you, both of you. Congratulations Lily." she pulled me into a hug.

                          
"thanks." I laughed.

                          
We spent most of the day talking about baby names, and whether we wanted a girl or boy. Max and I had an argument over that, his mum just laughed.

                          
"Max, we want a girl." I shouted.

                          
"no, we don't, we want a fucking boy." he replied.

                          
"babe, I'm only 3 weeks, be quiet." I winked.

                          
"ok baby." he smiled.

                          
"but it's going to be a girl." I whispered.

                          
I cannot wait for this baby to be born, for me, Max and our baby to be a family, it'll be amazing.
