[After a whole busy day finally the cafe was closed to the public, and Amelia was busy ensuring everything was spotless. She hummed a tune while wiping down tables, still thinking about her previous day's triumph with Victor. Within a second she thought that she hadn't seen Victor since morning. Then he got to know Oswald and he was busy in his office. Immediately Oswald opened the glass door of Victor's cabin and rushed to the coworkers where everyone was wrapping up.]

Oswald: (grimly) Everyone's attention please.

[All the stuff including Amelia Linda and Sarah locked at him in an asking manner.]

Oswald: Victor wants to see everyone in his office. Now.

Amelia and Sarah: (confused) What's going on?

Oswald: (sighing) Just go. He's waiting.

[They all nodded and walked towards Victor's cabin, Amelia's mind was racing. She saw Linda and Sarah also heading there, their faces mirroring her confusion. As they entered the office, Amelia's heart sank. Victor was sitting behind his desk, once again wearing his mask. This means all her efforts seem to have been in vain. His eyes, though, were hard and angry.]

Amelia: (in mind) MASK!!! AGAIN!!

[Victor's expression behind the mask was unreadable, but his eyes were cold and stern.]

Victor: (sternly) We've encountered a serious issue.

[The room went silent, and everyone focused on Victor, the tension was palpable. They all exchange worried glances. Amelia felt a pang of disappointment seeing the mask back on his face, erasing the progress she thought she had made yesterday.]

Victor: (harshly) There's been a significant discrepancy in our accounts. The profit recorded in the system does not match the cash we have. We are missing a huge amount of money.

[Everyone gasped. Sarah, the cashier and accountant, looked shocked and defensive. Amelia's eyes widened in shock. She saw Sarah's face go pale.]

Victor: (turning his gaze to Sarah) As the cashier and accountant, (pointing to Sarah) you are responsible for this. What happened? Explain this.

Sarah: (nervously) I... I was on leave for the past two days. I handed over the responsibilities to Amelia during my absence.

Victor: (glaring at Amelia) Is this true?

[Amelia's heart skipped a beat. Amelia felt a cold chill run down her spine as Victor's eyes focused on her.]

Victor: (calmly but firmly) Amelia, do you have an explanation?

[Amelia felt a lump in her throat. She tried to speak but couldn't.]

Victor: (loudly) I'm asking you something.

Amelia: (stammering) I... I made sure everything was logged correctly. I don't know how this happened. I was covering for Sarah, but I didn't notice anything unusual.

Victor: (coldly) Busy decorating the cafe with forbidden flowers and causing chaos with your philosophical words right?

Amelia: (gently) I was just trying to lighten your mood. I didn't do anything with the accounts!

[Everyone gazed at her in doubt except Linda as she knew everything about what happened yesterday.]

Victor: (slamming his fist on the desk) Shut up and enough! This is serious. We are talking about a substantial amount of money.

Linda: (defensively) Sir, Amelia has been working hard. She wouldn't do anything dishonest.

Victor: (sharply) This is not about hard work, Linda. It's about responsibility.
