[CAFÉ WILD BEANS]

[She noticed that the cafe was not too busy than the other day. She forwarded through the stone path. the familiar aroma of coffee filled her senses. The cafe was mostly empty, a few regulars sitting in the corners while enjoying their breakfast. As she entered, she saw Linda was busy serving customers. Without thinking much she stepped to her.]

Amelia: (calling behind her) Hey Linda!

Linda: (turning back) Amelia, what a surprise baby? (Added) How is your health?

Amelia: I'm ok, dear.

Linda: (clutching the empty tray) You should take some more rest. And even sorry that I couldn't call you even once.

Amelia: It's okay. (forcefully smiled) I'm totally fine, Linda. (Taking a pause) Where is (looking around her) he?

Linda: (confusedly) Who?

Amelia: (grinning) That Dumbo Victor. (Taking another pause) One sec.... One sec... How did you know about my condition?

Linda: (taunting) Your 'Dumbo' told me. And for your kind information, he is in his cabin. In these days he didn't even sit on the cash counter.

Amelia: (confusedly) What is that mean? Did he came here everyday?

Linda: Yes he is. But he didn't even bother us. Just present with a firm face  and entered into the cabin. (After a deep sigh) Now you've come. He'll definitely happy to see you.

[Amelia avoided her gaze to think something.]

Amelia: (in mind) He came here everyday. But didn't come to visit me once!

Linda: (breaking the silence) What happened baby? (Teasing) Is there anything between...... (Stopped)

Amelia: (interrupting) There's nothing. (Avoiding her) Bye Linda.

[As she stepped weakly to his cabin, Linda smiled from back.]

Linda: (whispering with a smile) There's something.

[As she was frustrated enough she didn't even think twice to knock at the door. She straightened her body and quickly pushed the door.]

[As the door was quickly opened Victor immediately looked up from the computer screen and was shocked to see her.]

[He froze. The pen in his hand was still, finally he faced her. His eyes widened in surprise, and for a moment, they simply stared at each other, both unsure of what to say. But his familiar posture sent a wave of emotions crashing over her. Relief, anger, sadness, all at once.]

Victor: (shockingly, almost in disbelief) Amelia...you? You’re supposed to be resting.

[Hearing his voice only fueled the fire in her chest. Her frustration from the past week surged forward. She stepped into the room. Her chest tightened at his words, but her frustration bubbled to the surface. So she couldn't resist her anger.]

Amelia: (angrily, tears welling in her eyes) Rest? Why should I need......Ahhhhhh (stopped)......

[As the words left her mouth, a sudden sharp pain shot through her stomach, reminding her of the stitches. She winced, clutching her side instinctively and her face contorting in pain. She gripped the fabric of her t-shirt tightly as if that would stop the pain.]

[Victor's eyes widened in alarm, the shock on his face quickly replaced with concern. He immediately stood up from his desk and rushed toward her.]

Victor: (urgently) Amelia! You’re hurt! (Trying to hold her hand) Please, take a seat. You shouldn't have come here like this.
