Where he could do what he could do to fulfill his dream!! His grandmother helped him in need of money. Because his grandmother also had the support of her grandson apart from her son.
She was not so rich but she did as much as she did for Ishaan and Ishaan completed her studies and showed her as a capable doctor.
After school, In 5 years he completed her MBBS degree after that 2 years he completed his MD course. Nd finally after 2 years he became a A Neurologist !! (Brain specialist)

Ishaan is almost 28 now, still he is single because.... Because he never saw life the way other people see it because his life was only that he had to fulfill his dream and become a doctor, On the other hand, people only wish to get a good house after getting married. By now, other people's his friends had also established their homes but he was the only one who was still single.
His life passed only from hospital to home because he sometimes went to Delhi to meet his mother but he had nothing to do with his father and his grandmother also left him 3 years ago.
