Miyako shook her side to side while cupping her cheeks, she looked similar to a tomato due to how red she was. Hoshina couldn't help but laugh when he had heard what miyako did to ichikawa, he knows that she's impulsive but doing something like that? she must be brave as hell.

"G-Good luck, ichikawa re- HAHSHAHA I CAN'T" Hoshina laughed like a hyena from the lion king, his laugh was loud and it made the other workers in the operation room look at them before minding their business once again.

Hoshina used miyako's shoulder as support as he gripped his stomach tightly, laughing his brains out while the girl covered her face with her hands and was dying from embarrassment. Okonogi paid no mind to the duo as she continued working on her computer, stealing occasional glances at them but remained silent.

Once the two calmed down, they shifted their focus back to observing the potential of the examinees. Looking at the screen infront of them, seeing everyone excited as they familiarized themselves with the combats suits provided specifically for this exam.

"Good luck, ichikawa reno!" That sentence repeated over and over in the white haired boy's mind, feeling motivated by her words even if he found it quite random because it came from a platoon leader like miyako yozora, knowing of her reputation as one of the strongest people in the force. He couldn't help but slightly blush as he started to put on the kaiju combat suit.

Miyako scanned the screen carefully, seeing everyone get slightly surprised when they felt the suit merging with their body, they felt like it was becoming part of their skin. "These are the defense force's kaiju countermeasure suits. It's made from the biological tissue of kaiju, and greatly raises the fighting ability of the wearer."

Hoshina spoke from the other side of the screen, making the examinees look at him as they started to feel themselves in their suits, touching their arms or waist up as they grinned. "This is the best weapon to fight against kaiju that we can provide" Miyako spoke, walking into the examinees' view and stood right next to hoshina with a hand on her hip.

"I'll be measuring the unleashed combat power for everyone who put on the suit." Okonogi said as her gaze remained on her computer, miyako's eyes shifted to the operation leader's screen, where she could see the stats of every examinee, including their combat power. "The guys this year are strong.." Miyako whispered under her breath as she continued to scan everyones' stats.

"Reno Ichikawa, unleashed combat power: 8%"

Miyako's ears perked up at the sound of his name, making her turn her head towards the boy, not minding the other names that are being called. "Unleashed combat power measures how much of the suit's power is being released, If you've had a lot of training, you'd be around 20%" Hoshina explained "We'd be lucky if we get an applicant over 10%" Okonogi said, continuing on with announcing the percentage of everyone else.

"We might literally have the best pool of applicants in our history" Hoshina smirked, putting his hand on his chin as he spoke. "What..?" Okonogi let out in surprise, miyako glanced at her screen and her lips formed a smile, feeling a sense of proudness as she shifted her eyes back to the examinees.

"Shinomiya Kikoru, unleashed combat power: 46%!"

Kikoru smirked as she crossed her arms, making the others look at her with total disbelief and jealousy. Miyako couldn't help but feel excited for what the best talent in history is capable of, knowing full well that her percentage was already at platoon leader level.
