The alarm blasted inside the training ground, miyako anxiously followed behind the captain and vice-captain while thinking of the applicants' safety. Although she was sent to deal with the honju along side her superiors, she wants to help them as much and as soon as she can.

"I've found the honju! Kikoru Shinomiya is injured nearby." Okonogi announced in their earpieces, miyako shuddered as she bit her lip in nervousness. She could only imagine the damage kikoru has sustained while they were still quite far from her as of now. The trio were only just reaching the gate, could they even make it in time?

"The attacking uniorgan that we removed from the honju has regrown. It's energy is being compressed!"

As soon as okonogi finished her sentence, miyako grit her teeth and ran faster than both her superiors, leaving them behind as she quickly entered the training ground with her scythe in hand. She mouthed a quick apology to them before rushing in to help the applicants, especially kikoru to safety.

"HUH WHAT THE HELL ?!" About 3 yojus circled around the platoon leader, blocking her path to shinomiya as they drew closer and closer to her. "Y'all need to learn personal space.." Miyako looked around for an escape root, sighing in dissapointment as she realized the only way to get out of this was to go through these creatures which will take up some time. Swinging her scythe as she prepared to slice them to pieces with a grin plastered on her face. "Who's first?"

2-3 minutes pass and she's finally done with those yojus, they ganged up against her and they were quite troublesome. She felt a looming presence from behind and turned around as well as swinging her scythe towards this mysterious presence, her blade almost slashing their neck while the presence let out a yelp of surprise, falling onto the ground with a thud, his messed up white hair blocking his vision as he raised his head.

"Ichikawa reno?"

Miyako blinked, furrowing her brows in confusion and it made him a bit nervous as he stood up from the ground. "I was trying to find senpai.." He reasoned as she nodded, knowing that he meant kafka hibino. "Okay, just be careful, hm? I'll be-" She got cut off by a loud explosion, whipping her head around to the direction of the outburst and noticing that it came where kikoru was. "Oh fuck" She blurted out, her gaze focused on the smoke and when she turned around, ichikawa was already gone.

"A mysterious high-energy source has appeared near the honju. It could be a new type of kaiju." Okonogi suddenly spoke in her earpiece, stealing her attention. "The visibility is bad due to network obstruction from the explosion." The operation's leader continued as miyako listened intently, taking a deep breath before sprinting once again.

"What're these numbers? Fortitude 9.8?"

The platoon leader stiffened- her sweat dropped at the sudden information. "Whatever it is, I'll kill it for sure.." She mumbled to herself, leaping and running over buildings just to get to where she was going. "No way. The explosion must've messed with the measuring tool." Hoshina reasoned out, her superiors were just behind her.

"It has to be, otherwise, it would a huge, history-changing kaiju!" He continued, the trio wearing their respiratory mask over their mouths as they continued to enter the explosion's proximity. The smoke and dust were floating in the air, you wouldn't want to be there. Noticing the thunder surrounding the area they were heading, they halted and braced for impact.

"Aah..not again!" Miyako complained as she plunged her scythe into the ground, tightly holding onto it as she braced for a sharp gust of wind that was about hit her. Opening her eyes a bit to see the two covering their faces as the harsh wind blew past them.
