"Surprise Visit"
As the plane took off for Busan, Jungkook's excitement grew. He couldn't wait to surprise his grandparents. But his enthusiasm was dampened by Hewoon's clingy behavior.
"Hewoon, can you please give me some space?" Jungkook asked, his irritation evident.
Hewoon pouted, her voice whiny. "What's wrong, Jungkook? Don't you want to spend time with me?"
Jungkook sighed, his patience wearing thin. "I just need some space, okay?"
Hoseok, seated beside them, intervened. "Hey, Hewoon, why don't you sit with me for a bit? Let Jungkook have some alone time."
Hewoon's eyes narrowed, but she reluctantly moved to sit with Hoseok. Jungkook let out a silent sigh of relief.
"Thanks, Hoseok," Jungkook whispered. "I don't know how much more of her I can take."
Hoseok's expression was sympathetic. "I know, man. She's been really clingy lately."
Jungkook shook his head. "I don't even like her, Hoseok. I hate her, to be honest."
Hoseok's eyes widened in surprise. "Whoa, that's harsh. What happened between you two?"
Jungkook's face twisted in distaste. "She's just so...fake. And annoying. And she won't leave me alone!"
Hoseok chuckled. "Well, maybe this trip will give you some space from her."
Jungkook nodded, his eyes gleaming with determination. "I'm going to make the most of it, that's for sure."
As the plane landed in Busan, Jungkook's excitement returned. He couldn't wait to see his grandparents and give them the surprise of a lifetime. Little did he know, this visit would bring its own set of surprises, ones that would change his life forever
As the trio arrived at the Jeon mansion, Jungkook's excitement was palpable. He couldn't wait to surprise his grandparents. But as they entered the house, his grandparents' shocked expressions caught him off guard.
"Kookie, what are you doing here?" Grandma Jeon asked, her voice laced with surprise.
Jungkook's grin faltered for a moment before he replied, "I wanted to surprise you, Grandma! I've missed you so much."
Grandma Jeon's face softened, and she opened her arms for a hug. "I'm happy to see you, dear, but this is the first time you've come to Busan without telling us. You shocked me!"
As they hugged, Jungkook noticed his grandpa's distracted expression. He excused himself and approached Grandpa Jeon.
"Grandpa, are you not happy to see me?" Jungkook asked, his voice tinged with concern.
Grandpa Jeon's eyes refocused on his grandson. "I'm happy, Kookie. I was just thinking...your father let you come here?"
Jungkook leaned in, whispering, "I had to plead with him, Grandpa. And I had to bring her with me." He gestured to Hewoon, who was chatting with Grandma Jeon.
Grandpa Jeon's expression turned understanding. "Ah, I see. Well, we're glad to have you here, Kookie. Even if it's a surprise."
Jungkook smiled, relieved. "Thanks, Grandpa. I promise to make the most of my time here."
As they chatted, Hoseok joined in, sharing stories of their journey. Grandma Jeon listened intently, her eyes sparkling with warmth. Even Hewoon seemed to be enjoying herself, laughing and chatting with the family.
But as the day went on, Hewoon's demeanor changed. She grew quieter, her eyes fixed on Jungkook with a hint of annoyance.
"What's wrong, Hewoon?" Jungkook asked, noticing her change in mood.
Hewoon's voice was laced with irritation. "You're always spending time with your grandparents. Can't you spend some time with me for once?"
Jungkook's face fell, his eyes apologetic. "I'm sorry, Hewoon. I didn't mean to neglect you. But my grandparents are important to me too."
Hewoon's expression turned sulky. "I know they are. But so am I. Your fiancée, remember?"
Jungkook's smile was forced. "Of course, I remember. But can't we just enjoy our time here together?"
Hewoon's eyes narrowed, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "Oh, sure. Enjoy our time together. While you're off gallivanting with your grandparents, I'll just sit here and twiddle my thumbs."
Jungkook's frustration grew, but he bit his tongue. He didn't want to ruin the trip with a fight. But as the days went on, Hewoon's behavior only worsened. She grew more clingy, more demanding, and more possessive. Jungkook felt suffocated, trapped in a relationship he didn't want.
Little did he know, this trip would be a turning point in his life. A chance to reevaluate his relationships and his future. But for now, he was stuck in this toxic dynamic, unsure of how to escape.
