Jungkook finished his breakfast, feeling refreshed and ready for the day. But as he looked up, he saw Hewoon and Grandpa walking into the room, their faces stern. Hewoon's eyes narrowed, her gaze fixed on Jungkook.

"You!" she spat, her voice venomous. "You ditched me last night! You left me alone at the hotel and went to Taehyung's house, didn't you?"

Jungkook shrugged, his heart calm. "Yeah, I did. Grandpa gave me permission to go, and I had a blast playing Overwatch with Taehyung and Jimin."

Hewoon's face reddened with anger. "You chose playing video games with your friends over spending time with me?"

Grandpa cleared his throat, his voice firm. "Hewoon, I gave Jungkook permission to go to Taehyung's house. He didn't do anything wrong."

Hewoon's eyes flashed with anger. "You're just defending him because you like Taehyung, aren't you?"

Grandpa's expression turned cold. "I'm defending Jungkook because he's my grandson, and I know he's a good person. And yes, I do like Taehyung, but that has nothing to do with this situation. Besides, I don't appreciate your attitude towards Jungkook."

Hoseok, who had been watching the scene unfold, stepped forward. "Hewoon, please understand. Jungkook and Taehyung are just friends. They were just playing games together."

Hewoon's eyes narrowed. "Friends? You expect me to believe that? Jungkook spent the night at Taehyung's house! What kind of friendship is that?"

Grandpa's face darkened. "Hewoon, that's enough. You're crossing a line. Jungkook and Taehyung are friends, and that's all. And even if they were something more, which they're not, it's none of your business."

Hewoon's face twisted in anger, but Grandpa's words struck a chord in Jungkook. He realized that Hewoon was trying to control him, to dictate who he could and couldn't spend time with. And he knew that he couldn't tolerate that behavior.

"Hewoon, I think we need to take a break," Jungkook said, his voice firm.

Hewoon's eyes widened in shock, but Grandpa nodded in approval. "I think that's for the best, Jungkook. You deserve someone who respects your boundaries and friendships."
