Chapter eleven

Tonight was Friday night dinner, Lorelai was bringing Luke, Layla was bringing Logan and Rory tristan.

Twas the night before "the wedding", the twins would be staying at their moms house tonight so they could all go to the wedding together. Lorelai and Luke were the first ones to show, they went straight to the living room and started drinking.The twins and their dates met in the driveway.

The girls hugged while the boys shook hands,"Boys be prepared for Emily and richard. Their track records aren't the best when it comes to us bringing guys."(layla)

"Both of us have met them."
"She's right, it could be different."(rory)

"I mean look at what happened with your parents Logan ''(layla),they walked to the door and as soon as they knocked the maid opened the door and led them to the living room.

"Hello girls it's about time you showed up"(Lorelai), Loerlai got up and hugged the girls whispering to them they were late.Once again everyone sat down and settled in.Richard got everyone drinks as usual. Earlier the twins and their mom had set up a bachelorette party in the pool house for Emily since Richard's friends were going to surprise him with a party in the main house. "Well grandma we have a surprise for you,get up!"Layla got up and grabbed her grandma by the hands pulling her off the couch,the other girls pushed her from behind as Richard's friends walked in. Rory held her hands over Emily's eyes while Lorelai and Layla opened the door to reveal glitter and pink decor everywhere. Sookie was in the Kitchn setting up all sorts of food while the girls from stars hollow,Gypsy, patty,babbette, lane and her cousin,as well as some of emily's D.A.R girls."wow", emily didn't seem very happy.

"I want to have fun so let's go"(Emily), the girls partied all night,at one point dirty pasta was brought out, everyone drank the whole night. There was lots of drunk karaoke and dancing.All the Stars hollow girls left along with the D.A.R girls. Layla Pitched the idea of the girls having a slumber party. Meanwhile the boys were playing poker and smoking cigars, and listening to old timey music while discussing all sorts of business.The girls decided to stay in the pool house and would leave early in the morning to get their dresses then meet at the rose room. After the boys party that Logan and Tristan stayed for,the two walked out to say goodbyes to the girls,the twins were already outside in Layla's pool house emergency pjs,"you brought pajamas?"(tristian)

"No, these are the two pairs I keep in the pool house closet just in case.", Logan laughed at her then hugged and kissed her leaving Tristan and Rory hugging awkwardly next to them.

"So you just keep pajamas in the pool house?'', the girls laughed at logan who was

Admiring, "so we are staying and i take it you guys are leaving."

"Yep", all four of them walked out saying goodbye and of course kissing.

The next morning the twins woke up to Richard at the door with coffee."goodmorning, I just wanted to get you up with time to eat and get less hungover, also here's some coffee."

"Thank you grandpa,me and Rory will wake mom up and leave grandma to you.", he nodded, hugged the girls and walked off letting Emily sleep a bit longer on the big day.

The twins woke up their mom ,grabbed their stuff and headed out making Rory drive since she was the most sober.

"So we should stop by the house grab out makeup and dresses, head to lukes eat and sober up a bit then head to the venue."(rory)

"sure!"(layla),her mom winced at the high pitch of Layla's voice,"voice. loud. quiet."

They pulled into their driveway,walked inside, grabbed their bags and dresses then went back to the car with Layla driving this time. They walked into the diner being greeted by a hungover Lane,when they sat down Luke walked out from behind the counter in his suit. Caesar brought out three plates of pancakes without the girls having to order,"yay hangover food", the twins laughed at her mom causing her to wince at the high voice.
