A SPAN OF two years could turn out to be a good or bad thing. These past two years were nothing like the bad two years.
After that day Willow had spent with Art, it was clear who she wanted to be with. So, she filed for a divorce. Even though Thomas begged on his knees for her to stay.
She knew she had made the right decision when his fake and phony tears turned to anger and annoyance. To this day Thomas still has that craving of being young again, he'll be a party guy until the day he dies.
Trenton couldn't believe he saw through his lies. But, to be completely honest, he had always been a bigger fan of Art's anyways.
It wasn't a shocker when Tashi left Art. Her reasoning had nothing to do with Willow, in fact, it was because he wanted to retire from tennis.
Who'd she run off to? Patrick. But now that Patrick had a clear mind and found a certain respect for himself and his best friends, he didn't fold for her.
And for the past two years, Art and Willow picked up their lives just as they ended. Marriage was an obvious first. Then, they spent a whole month saying they wanted to wait to start a family, and just be happy with each other, but that quickly changed.
After their honeymoon, Willow broke the news to him.
She thought maybe it would make him upset, but she adored the way his eyes lit up and a huge smile grew on his face. He picked her up and spun her in a circle, it was the kind of reaction she had always dreamed of.
Telling Lily was easy too, ever since Willow became her stepmother, she had been begging for a little sibling.
Her wishes came true.
And she was ecstatic about it too. She wanted a little brother, but ended up with a little sister. But to her that was okay. As long as the baby never stole her clothes when she got older.
The family of four now walk into their home tennis court with rackets in hand.
"You know, you don't have to learn tennis just because Daddy and I used to do it," Willow reassured Lily their hands were conjoined together.
