The tension in the room was palpable as Yoongi's words hung in the air. Jungkook's eyes widened, a mix of shock and anger flickering across his face. "My father?" he repeated, his voice barely a whisper.
Jin leaned back in his chair, his usually calm demeanour now laced with concern. "What did you hear, Yoongi?" he asked, his tone steady but serious.
Yoongi's expression was grave as he crossed his arms. "He knows." He paused, looking directly at Hana.
Both Jin and Jungkook went stiff, understanding the unspoken message.
Jin cleared his throat, breaking the tense silence. "Hana, I think you should leave."
blinked, taken aback. "What? Why?" She looked at Jungkook for support, but his expression mirrored Jin's.
Jungkook hesitated, then nodded slowly. "Jin is right. It's not safe for you to be involved in this."
Dumbfounded, Hana looked between the three of them. "But... I—"
Clearing her throat and stumbling over her words, she finally said, "Yeah,
I probably should. Mrs. Wang would be worried too."
Jin nodded firmly. "Jungkook will escort you back."
Hana shook her head, her voice steady but soft. "I'll be fine on my own."
As Hana stepped out of the kitchen, the door closed softly behind her. Her steps were brisk, fueled by a mix of confusion, annoyance, and hurt. She could still feel the weight of Jungkook's gaze, his unspoken words lingering in the air. "Why did he have to push me away?" she muttered under her breath, fists clenched at her sides.
She barely noticed Remi quietly padding behind her until she reached the front door. Turning around, she saw the loyal dog sitting there, watching her with concerned eyes. "Remi, go back," she said, her voice firmer than she intended. "I'm fine. Go back to Jungkook."
Remi tilted his head, his eyes full of understanding and stubborn loyalty. He didn't move.
"Remi, please," Hana insisted, her voice wavering. "I just need some time alone."
But Remi stayed put, his tail wagging slightly as if to say he wouldn't leave her side. Hana sighed deeply, her shoulders slumping. "You're just as stubborn as Jungkook, you know that?" she said softly, a hint of a smile tugging at her lips despite her frustration.
Meanwhile, back in the kitchen, Jungkook stood still for a moment, staring at the closed door Hana had just walked through. His heart ached with the weight of sending her away, but he knew it was the only way to keep her safe. He took a deep breath, forcing himself to refocus on the conversation at hand.

Jin broke the silence. "What has he found out exactly?"
Yoongi's expression was grim as he began to explain. "He found out about Hana. He knows she's alive, and he thinks this is the perfect time to get Jungkook under his control again. He wants to repeat what he did in the past. He's hungry for power, and he'll do anything to get it."
Jungkook's fists clenched at his sides, anger and fear bubbling up inside him. "He's planning to use the curse again, isn't he?" he asked, his voice low and tense.
Yoongi nodded. "Yes. He believes that by controlling you and using Hana as leverage, he can gain even more power than before. He's already started gathering followers and preparing for his next move."
Jin's face darkened. "We can't let that happen. We need to find the Bloodstone Amulet and break the curse before he has a chance to strike."
Jungkook's resolve hardened as he listened to Yoongi's words. The thought of his father using Hana as a pawn in his twisted game was unbearable. "We'll stop him," he said, his voice filled with determination. "We'll find the amulet and put an end to his plans once and for all."
Yoongi placed a hand on Jungkook's shoulder. "We need to be smart about this. He'll be expecting us to come after him. We have to stay one step ahead."
Jin nodded in agreement. "We'll need to gather more information and plan our moves carefully. We can't afford any mistakes."
Jungkook's expression darkened a mix of anger and sorrow etched across his features. He ran a hand through his hair, the weight of the situation pressing heavily on his shoulders. "I've spent years trying to break free from his grasp," he said quietly, his voice trembling with suppressed emotion. "Everything I did, everything I fought for, was to escape his control. And now he's trying to pull me back in, using Hana as a pawn."
He looked at Jin and Yoongi, his eyes filled with determination. "I won't let history repeat itself. I won't let him hurt Hana again or anyone else I care about. He's not going to win this time."
Yoongi placed a reassuring hand on Jungkook's shoulder. "We're with you, Jungkook. We'll do everything we can to stop him. You're not alone in this fight."
Jin nodded solemnly, his eyes flickering with determination. "It's time," he declared, his voice steady yet tinged with urgency. "We need to gather the team and make a plan. Yoongi, start reaching out to our contacts. We'll need every advantage we can get."
Yoongi nodded in agreement, his expression serious. "I'll get started right away," he affirmed, already mentally mapping out their network of allies.
Jungkook felt a surge of gratitude towards his friends. Despite the looming threat of his father, he knew they were stronger together. "Thank you," he said quietly, his voice filled with determination. "Let's do this."
