35. Ur-wolf

Jungkook's POV

The dense trees surrounding our path give me one more reason to turn around and go back, if the occasional sightings of fox around us wasn't enough. At this point I can't even see the sky, that's how dark it is here due to the trees. No other cars on the road other than ours, and yet my father's guiding me to drive like he knows this place like the back of his hands. 

With me at the front, my husband and mother are gossiping in the back seat which I am assuming is just a murder plan to kill me and bury me here in mountains between those creepy foxes. I don't even have a wolf to defend myself and it's more frustrating how I can't really focus properly. Half of the trees look purple whereas the other green. I can even feel my scalp tearing with how tightly my mother has tied my hairs in a pony at the back. All while my omega clicked my pictures instead of saving me. Seriously those two are getting along too much and I don't think it's good for my health.

"Take a right turn now." Turning right, as appa said, I noticed a house in the dense forest. Who would even have a house here? "What's that?" Taehyung questioned peeking from the back as he leaned forward beside my seat. I was about to answer his question when my mother decided to speak.

"That's the witch's abode." Witch!? I think Taehyung thought the same as me because he reeled back quickly, voice coming out as surprising as mine. "A witch?? We are going to a witch like an actual hehe witch who hasn't died from ...thousands of years?" My omega can be quite descriptive when he wants to. His 'hehe' like it's a natural way to represent witches made me chuckle and I even heard my parents laughing over it. He is an absolute sweetheart so it's quite impossible to not adore him.

"No, not a ...hehe witch but....an old woman who practices witchcraft for years and possibly knows a way to alter the marks." And even though my mother makes it sound so simple, I am utterly scared about it because it involves my husband who has the mark, and I don't know what that woman will do to get it off me. 

As we reached the house which was covered in vines and bushes from all corners accept the doorway, I once again thought of driving back home if not for my mother to already jump out of the car, alone. "Yah! At least wait for appa to get off first! There can be wild animals around!!" My poor father sighed looking at his mate roaming around freely as if we are not in the middle of a dense jungle which is filled with foxes and potentially other wild animals too. 

I heard the door clicking behind me and saw Taehyung looking up at me through the mirror innocently as he clutched the door, but not opening it. "Don't move." Pulling off the seat belt I rushed out of the car and opened the door for him. Like the dramatic omega he is, he kept his one hand on my shoulder before stepping out. "Thanks alpha." His voice carrying a seductive tone as he tip-toed to place a soft kiss on my cheeks.

"You cheeky little thing." Pulling him to myself as we walked where others were standing, I rode his shirt up a bit, pinching the fat on his waist which earned me a harmless glare from him. He looks like an angry kitten whenever he glares at me. If anything, it makes me want to rile him up more just to see that fire in his eyes for me. 

"How are we-"

"Mrs. Jeon." We all turned towards the new voice that called from the now open door of the house. There standing was an old woman, not too old but enough to be called a grandma who has her one leg in coffin. "Miss Ryi." That's what my mother called her as she walked near her, my father following her closely for any kind of threat that old woman might possess. 

But instead of going to my mother, the woman locked her gaze at my husband who isn't one to back out, so he didn't look away when she practically stared at him for long 30 seconds without saying a word. "You...." My hold tightening around him as she started walking towards us, "you are the omega." Everyone here knows he is an omega, so I don't understand what she is implying.
