TW ED, EMTIPHOBIA AND GAGGING
It was Dinner time. It was the only time Autumn and Reece really had to see their Father, Roger, otherwise they would just stay in their rooms. Meal times weren't filled with love or affection. Asking how eachother day went. Meal times were purely there for their Father to have a go at them for the mistakes they made that day.
Reece and Autumn come down stairs and sit themselves down at the table. Roger bring out their dinner. Autumn has somewhat of a normal size meal were as Reece's plate was stacked up as much as it could be. Roger and Autumn start eating their meals in complete silence but Reece just sits there staring at his plate. Autumn notices but doesn't say anything not to draw attention to it so Roger won't go off on one. But eventually when they'd both were near about finishing Roger realised that Reece hadn't even touched his food. This infuriated him. "Not this again Reece, I've told you multiple times I'm doing it for your own good, a growing man needs more nutrients." Reece's eyeline doesn't move once from his plate, Autumn knew he couldn't bring himself to eat it. He continued to just stare at his plate. When Roger turned around and said. "Right if you don't eat every crumb of that plate no one leaves the table."
Reece looks up at him then looks at Autumn who was looking at him with concern. Reece picked up his fork and took a small bite out his food and another and another. Until finally he'd eaten about half of what was on his plate, putting his fork down and turning to his Father. "Dad I really can't eat anything more." Autumn was still looking at him, this time though she was some what proud of her big brother. This is probably the most he's eaten in weeks. "None of us are leaving this table until your done." Roger simply said. Autumn could feel herself getting angrier and angrier by the second, how could her Father not see how much he was trying. He'd done so well, he'd eaten half but nothing was ever good enough for their Father. "Dad I really--." Autumn cuts in "He can't physically eat anymore why can't you see that, he's eaten half of it. Let him leave the table!" She shouts.
There's a silence for a bit before Roger looks Autumn dead in the eyes. "You're getting emotional, how about you calm down a bit and realise what I'm doing is for yours and older brothers'own good." He says coldly. Autumn wasn't having any of it. "I'm not getting emotional, whatever that means. He's not hungry, you can't force him to eat." She says back. Roger silently gets up from the table. "Reece I want that finished before I'm back." And leaves through the front door.
Autumn looks at Reece, still struggling to eat his plate of food. "You didn't have to do that." He mutters. Autumn looks up at him. "I know." They both sit there in silence for a bit. "Do you want me to help you finish that." Reece nods. Autumn finishes Reece's plate of food and they both go upstairs to there rooms.
Autumn sitting on her bed reading a book when she hears gagging in the bathroom. She gets up to go investigation when she sees Reece sitting on the floor throwing up into the toilet. Autumn kneels behind him and stroke his back. After Reece had finished throwing up Autumn had got him a tissue and watched as he wiped his mouth with it, throwing it in the toilet and flushing the chain. He put the toilet lid down and sat on top of it. "I'm sorry you shouldn't of had to deal with that." Reece says standing up to leave to bathroom. "I honestly don't mind, anytime we need eachother, that's the promise." She said looking at him. They both get up and go into their rooms.
After a while they hear a banging at the front door. They both leave there rooms. Autumn looks at Reece, she's really confused. "Its Mia." He says before rushing downstairs to awnser the door. Amelia or Mia for short was Reece's best friend. They'd been friends since beginning of secondary school. But Autumn could tell Reece was developing a bit of a crush on her. That's one thing Autumn could agree with Reece on. Mia was somewhat hot in her eyes. She hated this feeling. She still liked boys, but there was something about Mia that Autumn couldn't pinpoint. Maybe it was her kind but flirty nature, or it was the way she could enter a room and the mood would automatically lift. Autumn didn't know what it was but she just knew it confused her. But Autumn knew Mia would never feel the same way about her. For one she was pretty sure she liked her brother and two she was straight. At least Autumn throught she was.
Mia came up the stairs and saw Autumn standing in the hallway. "Autumn!" She exclaimed. Running up to her giving her a massive hug. Mia, other than Reece was the only other person in the world that Autumn would let hug her. She felt safest around Mia and Reece. Mia pulled away. "Were going out, your more than welcome to join us if you wanted?" Mia asked. Autumn nodded. Put on her coat and left with Reece and Mia.

A/N I wanted to introduce Mia in this chapter as I throught she was obviously going to play a massive roll later on not only in the flashback chapters but also in the main story. Again let me know if there is anything else you want to see and thank you so much for reading!!
