As a ACU rookie, you are trying to join the Asset Containment Unit even though you are 17. You are under the training of Commander Katashi Hamada. He personally knew your father and after an "incident" that occurred when you were younger that resulted in your father's death, he took you under his wing when you were 14 and he started training you to get you ready. You learned many skills from him and you see him as a great mentor.
