"Why is everyone on Charlie's side?"
Voight continued again. "Four and half months Commander Fisher wouldn't let us go to Mexico, until we had definitive proof that's where Charlie was. When we arrived she was chained to a wall, and she was only in her bra and underwear, bleeding, it took everyone to keep Jay from killing Bryan. He needed to face the consequences of kidnapping a member of this family. Jay and Erin knew that Charlie was their number one responsibility, they had to get Charlie over Mexico, I personally gave them as much time as they needed."
"Okay well I clearly don't understand, so I might as well remove myself, Jay I'll request our divorce papers, from my lawyer, then I'll send them to you. But Sarge if you don't mind, I'm going to leave."
"If that's what you want." Voight spoke.
After watching Hailey leave, everyone went back to the case at hand.
"Okay, so what did everyone find out?"
Jay spoke. "I have a CI Jaylin he knows Southside leader Quinten. Now Jaylin says Quinten took control and he killed two of his Lieutenants, showed everyone in the gang and the streets, that Quinten is now the leader."
"Atwater, Ruzek Burgess anything on your end?" Voight asking.
"Uh, yeah Sarge we have a CI Liam and he swears to us, that the Latin Priests had nothing to do with the four missing keys that the Southside's lost. But today's blood bath that was instigated by the Southside." Ruzek started.
Kim picking up where Adam left off. "Yeah, so Liam says that his boss Vector was approached by Southside Lieutenant Marcus and explained Quinten wanted a meeting, to sort out the missing keys, but when everyone arrived a mysterious black escalade arrived and opened fire, it's still a mystery."
"Okay so we have three gangs involved in this war?"
"Well we don't know if the Escalade is part of a gang or just bad luck." Kevin added.
"Okay well I want everyone back on the streets find that black Escalade and who was driving."
Everyone went down to the roll out dock. Everyone geared up, vests, guns, ammo, assault rifles.
Jay helping Erin into her vest. "It's great that's you're back, I know Charlie is happy, but later we'll have to talk about the elephant in the room."
"Jay we can take this as slow as you want, or whatever pace you want, I know I have a lot of making up to do, with you and especially with Charlie, but I'll be happy with whatever access you allow me to have with her."
"Erin I would never deny you access to Charlie, she can make her decision about seeing you. As for the pace that'll be something we can discuss as we go."
"Thank you Jay."
"Please just don't hurt her again."
