Minutes passed, and we all walk out of the auction house. Marines all around, smoke and fire still on. I look around the damaged area, my eyes spotting my sons.

"Luffy! Law!" I say as I run towards them. They both turn around.

"Mama!" Luffy happily yells as he hugs my waist.

"You boys alright?" I say as I inspect each of their faces. They both nod.

"Haha! You guys are strong, look at the damage you did!" Rayleigh laughs as he hold Hachi.

"Don't encourage this, Ray! They are still young, and now a Marine admiral will come" I yell at Rayleigh.

"We are gonna head out. Next time we meet, I won't hold back, Straw-hat." Kids says.

"I'll be the one to find the One Piece!" Luffy answers. Both Kids and Law grow shock.

"Anyone who says that will get laughed at., though in the New World, anyone without the nerve will be as good as dead," He began walking away but then stops and looks over his shoulder. "We should meet in the New World again someday. All three of us." He and his crew bowl through the Marines and head out.

"I guess your gonna head out to with your crew?" I turn to Law. He simply nods. "We'll meet again, I'm sure of it. Be careful, sweetie." I give him a small kiss on his forehead. He smiles then turns, heading to the auction house.

We clear a way for Franky, Rayleigh to get Camie, Pappag and Hachi out of the house then soon we follow with Nami covering our escape with her thunderbolt tempo. We all head back to Shakky Rip-Off Bar to get Hachi treated for his bullet wound.

*MINUTES PASS*

"What?!" Luffy yells in shock. "In the Pirate King's Ship?!"

"Yes... I was the vice-captain. I'm Silvers Rayleigh" He says as he pours himself a drink. "Nice to meet you."

"Vice-Captain!?" Sanji, Nami and Franky yell, Ussop spits out his drink.

"You didn't tell them, Hacchan?" Shakky question.

"We only needed him to coat the ship.." Hachi weakly says, as he lies on a table, covered in bandages.

"Oh, you didn't notice?" Robin says.

"I totally know that name!" Ussop cry's as he points at Ray.

"It's written in so many books..." Nami cry's as she covers her mouth.

"That's definitely a name everyone's heard at least once.." Sanji says.

"Gol D. Roger? There might have been a rookie by that name, or maybe there wasn't..." Brook casually says while eating.

"So how do a big shot pirate and an octopus know each other?" Zoro questions.

"Hachi rescued me. I was stranded at sea then he found me. That was over 20 years ago, but I'll never forget it as long as I live"

"Hachi was still a little kid when it happened but he saved Rayleigh life" Shakky adds.

"We remain good friends after that incident until he joined up with the sun pirates" Rayleigh states.

"Arlong, right?" Luffy raids through the fridge again.

"It's hard to believe. I mean Gold Roger was executed 22 years ago, wasn't he? How did his vice captain avoid getting his head chopped off too? The Marines captured the entire crew, didn't they?" Sanji question. Everyone goes silent, waiting for Ray to answer.

"The Marines didn't catch Roger.." Rayleigh suddenly says. "See the captain, turned himself in. The government made it sound like they fought him though, likely just to look tough, rattling their saber if you will."

"The King of Pirates turned himself in? Why?" Nami questions.

"Because he saw the inevitable end to our journey. About four years before the day of his execution, Roger caught a fatal illness. Not even Roger could avoid the suffering that his terminal, incurable disease brought. But, there was one man with the skill to ease his suffering: a man at the Twin Capes name Crocus, who was the most respected lighthouse keeper and doctor in the sea. We asked for his help and brought him on as ship doctor for our final voyage. Finally, three years later, while managing to escape death, Roger achieved what was said to be impossible: he conquered the Grand Line." Everyone goes silent. They must have met Crocus before because they seem to know him. "The fact that you've met him must mean he's still doing well! Crocus agreed to come aboard because there was a certain group of pirates he wanted to look for."

"Brook! It was you guys he set out to find, no doubt about it!" Ussop yells.

"Crocus-san..! You even went to such lenghs..." Brook says.

"He was only a crewmate for three years, but he was unquestionably one of us! At this age now, it'd be great to see him again.."

"So what happened after he conquered the sea?" Sanji questions. It goes silent for a moment.

"That's where it all began. The world started calling Roger, "King of the Pirates". He hadn't been King of the Pirate's the entire time before or anything." He pours himself a drink. "Titles hold no meaning for a man about to die. But Roger was overjoyed. He loved doing everything in a flashy way.. Whether it was celebrating or fighting.. He even seemed to enjoy thinking out a plan for the future, even though he wouldn't be a part of it. Eventually, as per captain's orders, the Roger Pirates were secretly disbanded. One by one, everyone discretely left. As comrades, we all risked our lives together, but I know almost nothing about where they are or what they're doing now.  Then about a year after we disbanded, Roger turned himself in and was arrested. It was then announced that he would be publicly executed in Lounge Town, the East Blue town he was born in. I hear that many of the young faces in the town square that day went on to make names for themselves on the high seas today. The world focused its attention on the Pirate Kings execution." A moment of silence.. "I didn't attend it. The final words he said went like this... 'I'm not going to die, partner..' The world Government and the navy must've been shocked, with only one last remark from Roger, the public execution meant to serve as an example to other pirates, instead became the opening ceremony of the Great Pirates Age! In his last few seconds, he changed the dim flame of his life into a hellfire that spread across the world! I've never laughed as much as I did in that night. Nor have I cried as much... or drank as much as I did on that night.  Our captain lived one hell of a life." He takes a drink. "I'm certain there are people who inherited something from Roger on that day in the time square. Your good friend, Shanks is probably one of them."

"Eh? You know Shanks, old guy?" Luffy says with his mouth full with food.

"Have you also heard of the East Blue Pirate known as Buggy?"

"Buggy..." Nami and Zoro says.

"The two of them were apprentices on our ship. Along, with Aletta." Rayleigh points at me.

"Eh?! Shanks and Mama were on the Pirate King's ship?!" Luffy yells, spiting small chunks of food.

"You didn't tell him, Etta?" Ray turns to me.

"Me and Shanks thought it was better not too.." I sigh.

"I ran into him again on these islands about 10 years ago, and he'd lost his trademark straw hat, along with his left arm. When I asked what had happened, he cheerfully spoke about you. I've been wanting to meet you Monkey D. Luffy ever since." Luffy laughs. I smile...
