Chapter six

Did that really just happen? Did he really just announce that to the entire school that he likes me? I think to myself did that really just happen.

"You jerk" I yell at home completely in shock.

"What? You said to prove it?" He tells me looking like a dazed out baby.

"Yes idiot but I didn't mean embarrass me in front of the entire school either." I say walking away from him.

"Jade wait I'm sorry okay? It's just I really like you and have ever since I seen you in the parking lot on the first day of class" he says seeming upset.

I walk away from him and go home. Am I just over thinking? Does he actually like me? Is he playing me? My mind keeps spinning with all of these questions of if and does. I lay down to get some rest and I can't stop thinking about what happened, I'm still mad but thrilled at the idea that he actually likes me or not even if he doesn't I think I'm gonna go for it.

——-2 days pass

I'm laying in bed with just a T shirt and my underwear on and I hear a little peck at my window. I get up to see what it is and it's Jake throwing pebbles at my window. I open the window "what the hell are you doing?" I ask him as I'm looking down at him.

"Can I come up?" He asks

"Sure" I say walking back to my bed

"Listen I just wanna say I'm sorry for how I handled things the other day, and I would like to ask you properly?" He says nervously

I clear my throat and sit up. He's just blankly staring at me for a good minute.

"Well? You gonna stare at me all night or you gonna ask me?" I say looking at those gorgeous eyes of his.

"Jade, will you go out with me?" He asks scratching the back of his head and looking at the ground

"Ummm..." I say to give him a nervous feeling

"Well?" He says anxiously waiting for a yes or no answer.

"Yes" I say an see his eyes light up

He comes over to kiss me and grabs my hips and pulls me closer to him.
