Julia's hairrrrrrrr

~~~~~~
I don't know what got into me the night I ran away from Michael. My thoughts were running wild and taking over like I had no control of myself. There's no real excuse for what I did so my best current option was avoiding him at all costs. I've done it way too many times before but now it seemed logical.
We kissed...and I kissed him back. He pulled me into his lap for God's sake what was going on? It's not like I'm in that teenage stage where hormones are running wild. No moment in my life compares to that one and I still have no idea how to react to it. I don't even know if this moment was good or bad.
After a few days passed, and a few changes about myself, I finally made myself known to Calum who I knew would understand everything. And when I say changes about myself, these aren't personality changes.
"A nose piercing? And your hair is blue? How did this all happen so fast?" Calum paced back and forth in front of me, his hands nearly tearing out his hair as he interrogated me.
"My mom works at a tattoo slash piercing parlor and they sell hair dye," Calum stopped pacing and turned to face me, a look of fury on his face as he opened his mouth to say something but instead just let out an annoyed groan and turned his back to me.
"I understand you being all confused about the Michael thing. But you changing yourself? Why? What satisfaction do you have now?" Calum turned back to face me and placed his hands on his hips with a serious look on his face.
"Sometimes you need change to forget about the bad stuff in your life. This was one of those changes. And I thought you would be more accepting about this!" I placed my arms over my chest and narrowed my eyes at him, trying to level with him.
"I accept it perfectly fine!" Calum stopped and shut his mouth and sighed, staring at me, "Julia I just don't want you getting bent out of shape. Michael really cares about you and he can't stop talking about you during band practice. He doesn't want you to be the one that got away."
"Do you understand me Julia? Because it's hard enough with you running away from him that you go and basically make yourself irresistible to him," I let out a deep sigh before nodding and gasped at Calum's front door opening.
Luke and Ashton's voice were soon followed by the door opening along with their footsteps as they entered Calum's house. Ashton was the first to notice the change and stopped dead in his tracks while Luke continued talking about who knows what. Ashton hit Luke softly in the chest and motioned towards me and Luke gasped when he finally noticed.
"Oh my God Michael is gonna kill you," Ashton quickly shut the door and start to panic. "He's right behind us guys!"
I let out a squeak before quickly turning to Calum and asking, "Can I borrow your clothes again?" He nodded in reply and grabbed my wrist, pulling me up the stairs and into his room where he threw me some skinny jeans once we entered. I could hear Michael's voice downstairs and started to panic.
"Okay Julia just relax," Calum handed me a tank top that read 'I don't trust myself either' and I tied the flannel that I was wearing around my waist. "You're gonna go out there, blow his fucking mind away and make both of you happy okay?" I nodded as I quickly ran a brush through my blue hair and turned quickly to Calum.
"Please tell me I look good!" Calum hugged me tightly and I relaxed into his touch.
"You look perfect. Don't worry," He finally let go of me and opened his door and we slowly exited and started towards the stairs. "Pretend I said something funny and start laughing with me," Calum whispered before erupting into a laugh. I started to laugh with him as we walked down the stairs and into the kitchen.
