Chapter 3: Sludge Incident

"A hero agency will be the best target"
Midoriya thought to himself, running off from the scene. He messaged Kurogiri and transported himself across Japan, away from the bridge incident entirely.
From there, he found a hero agency building belonging to a low ranker and set it on fire using the same method.

He ran off again, watching as not only the hero agency burst into flames but the neighboring buildings as well. He stared for a while before getting bored and messaging Kurogiri to warp him back to Musutafu where he could maybe find something to do.
The streets were busy per usual, people had places to be and other people to see. The sound of traffic filled most of the city, overpowering the noise of chatter amongst other people, the sound of steps, and other animals there could be. Midoriya turned away from the main streets and walked into an alleyway, he wasn't really worried because if anything,he was the danger.
He continued on walking when he suddenly heard something creeping behind him, though the movement didn't sound human at all, it sounded more like slime than anything else.
He shrugged his shoulders and continued to walk, "lets test how far this quirk will go"
He thought to himself, slightly grinning as a new way to max out his quirk came to mind.
Midoriya made it back out of the alleyway and into backstreets of some homes, once there, the slime like substance began to charge at him. His cloak's hoodie slipped for the first time ever off of his head, sitting on his shoulsers like he was just wearing a hoodie.
It was getting closer, it was only seconds away when all of a sudden.

"DETROIT SMASH!"
All might screamed, punching the sludge away from Midoriya who turned around absolutely stunned.
His mouth hung slightly open as he watched all might grab the sludge and force it into two large water bottles.
"Ha!ha! I am here!"
All might smiled.
"Woah, All Might"
Midoriya said, genuinely surprised- though not for the reason all might had thought.
"Of all the options I thought my quirk would take, it brought all might here? Wow. And the sludge was completely taken care of.
If I could get my hands on the sludge, I could really cause some chaos."
He thought to himself, realizing why the cloak had slipped off his head. It would obviously be suspicious if any normal civilian was going around and wearing that, so of course it slipped off when all might was in the area.

"You have to be careful young man! This villain was about to get you! Had I not been here, you would've gotten seriously hurt!"
All might said in a lecturing tone.
"nah I would've been fine"
Midoriya replied with a smile, confusing all might a bit.
"how are you so sure?"
Midoriya shrugged his shoulders, "you got here didn't you?"
He said, confusing all might further.
"well I have no time to inquire strange child. Get home safe and be careful!"
All might said, taking off. He disappeared from the scene entirely, forgetting the most important thing he could have at the time.

"he left behind the bottles of this sludge guy."
Midoriya thought to himself, grinning.
He slipped his cloak back on and grabbed the two bottles, the sludge was still knocked out but Midoriya could see it slowly start to regain consciousness.
"who could I attack with this. Should I just open up the bottles and see what comes about? Should I throw it at people?"
He thought to himself, walking down several alleyways.
He eventually got bored and decided the best choice was to let the sludge dictate it's own chaos.
He opened up the bottles and dumped the sludge out, calmly walking away afterwards.
"I should head home-"
His thoughts were cut off when the sudden loud sound of explosions began sounding in the alleyway he had just left behind.
Midoriya ran on back and found the sludge fighting someone on the big street, gathering the attention of all bystanders and heroes who didn't know what to do.

"woah! That would've been me if it weren't for my quirk. Who did the sludge get-"
His thoughts were cut short when he found Bakugo to be the one the sludge captured and made victim.
"Should I just let it kill him? He isn't really significant to me. But I did grow up with him.
It'd be odd if he died, so soon at least. So I guess I'll do something.
Let's see if this quirk can do it again"
He thought to himself,pulling the cloak off and stuffing it in his bag.
Midoriya walked out the alleyway and approached Bakugo who was thrashing around, firing off the explosions of his quirk in hopes to escape the grasps of the evil sludge.
