Briana and Anne finished eating their coffee and pastries, but Briana seems like her stomach's not full yet.
"Anne, I still can hear my stomach growl." She whispered to her friend, her famous British accent thick, who's sitting across her.
Anne dramatically rolled her eyes, couldn't help but laugh at her best friend. "Yep. I definitely can hear it." She uses the table napkin to clean her lips.
"Is there any restaurant near here?" Briana asks as she took a sip in her iced latte.
"Yes, there is. But we're gonna use a car." Anne simply replied, shrugging a bit. "That famous restaurant is too far from here." She added. Her best friend just nodded.
"Alright, well.. let's go then?"
Anne nods as she stood, waiting for her best friend to finish collecting her stuff. As soon as she's okay, Briana smiled at her best friend.
"Let's go, bestie!" Anne cheered as they walked to the exit. Anne clings her arms with Briana's, slightly leaning her head to her right shoulder.
As soon as they walked out of the Café, a mysterious man bumped into Briana's shoulder, his destination is the Café also. Briana looked at the man, trying so hard not to alarm her best friend who didn't see what happened a few seconds ago.
Briana did not noticed that her best friend's been calling her until she shook her. "Hey! Eyes on me. What the hell's wrong with you?" Anne snaps her fingers in front of her best friend.
Briana blinked a few times, as she slowly turned her head to Anne, not noticing that she stared at the Café's door and had stopped walking with Anne.
"Oh. Uh.. nothing." Briana tried to smile but Anne gazed at her suspiciously.
"Everything's not okay if you've been staring at that door for almost two minutes now." Anne crossed her arms over her chest. "Tell me, what's wrong?"
Briana shook her head, she held her bff's hand as she dragged her away from that Café and towards Anne's car. "Let's just eat again. I am literally starving." She tried diverting the topic, luckily, her friend took the bait.
"You're always empty stomach!"
Who's that guy?
That's the question that repeats in Briana's mind as she and her friend go to the restaurant that Anne has suggested.
After a few minutes of drive, they finally arrived. Briana's lips slightly parted as she roamed her eyes around the restaurant.
"Wow. This restaurant is so nice." Briana uttered in awe.
"Yes. I know right? This restaurant is the best!" Anne said, dragging her friend to a table.
After telling the waiter their order and their foods have arrived, Briana took out her phone to, once again, update her followers of what’s happening right now.
"Hey! I want to eat, don’t take pictures!" Anne whined, slightly pouting at her friend who continued the opposite of what she said.
"But I want to update my fans." Ria smiled at her friend.
