It showed Kansas as Dorothy woke up toto was on Dorothy as he was happy to see her as well as Garfield, Odie and Vic, Dorothy said "Toto. Odie. Garfield. Vic. We're home." The boys hugged Dorothy. Garfield got a drop of water on his nose. Dorothy gasped seeing the damage.
"Em, over here. Look at this.
That twister took out
everything in its path." Dorothy gasped and got out of bed and looked out the window "Knocked the house right off its foundation." "Do you think we can fix it?" "I don't know. That's an awful lot of damage." Dorothy ran out changing into her dress and boots "Uncle Henry! Auntie Em?" Dorothy ran out of the door and saw the mess the house was in. Auntie em asked "Dorothy?" Dorothy said "Oh."
Auntie em said "Dorothy." Dorothy said "It's not fair!" She hugged auntie em with some sobs "Oh, I know, sweetie. It's not fair. But
it's just a house. If we have to find another one, we'll find another one." Dorothy said "No. We can't just leave." Uncle henry said "Dorothy, we gotta face facts. Look at the barn. Look at the house. We'll have to have it all appraised, but we shouldn't get our hopes up." All the other cars were shown leaving as a pink car zoomed across the others to Dorothy's house. Dorothy coughed out the dust. As Toto sneezed.

A man came out of the car to open the car door. The boys saw him and growled and hissing.

Another came out "Move back. Move back. We need to create a halo of safety around this disaster area. Thank you." The little man growled at the pets as the four stood their ground.

Auntie em said "Excuse me. This is our home."

"You're home." He laughed "A home is where you live. This is a disaster area." The megaphone had feedback "Oh. Can this not be adjusted?" He landed the megaphone to the little man. "Then do it. Thanks so much."

Uncle Henry asked "And who are you?"
"I'm the Appraiser."

Dorothy said "Are you with the government? I didn't see a badge." Auntie em said "Don't be rude, Dorothy." "Oh, outspoken. We're... government adjacent." He began checking the house "Hmm. Broken support beams,
cracked concr... Are you writing this down?" The little man wrote what he was saying "Thank you. Cracked concrete footing." He pushed on the support beam laughing "Ah!"

Uncle Henry said "Hey!"

Dorothy asked "What do you think you're doing?" "That thing was about to fall. I probably just saved your life. But I don't need any recognition. Just doing my job." The four were ready to attack him. He put some caution tape up "Now, I've made a thorough assessment,
and I'm afraid you'll
have to vacate immediately." Auntie em asked "What?" "Read this."

Dorothy said "There's no reason to kick us out. We can fix it." Uncle Henry said "Dorothy, hold on." Dorothy said "I'll fix it myself if I have to." So sorry, but according
to the state of Kansas,
the fate of this property
is decided by me,
not some little girl." The boys attacked the man. Toto and odie but his legs as Garfield and Vic grabbed his arms with their claws. "Flea-bitten, dirty,
possibly rabid... You, do something useful." The little man tied up the pets lYou've got until...sunset to vacate the premises." Meet me at the shelter in town to sign the paperwork, or we'll be back to throw you out!"
The little man caught the megaphone "Oh, oh..."
"Good seeing ya." The two drove off

Dorothy held the four. Uncle Henry said "Well, that's that. Better start packing."
Dorothy said "What? No!" Auntie em said "You heard what the man said. If he says the house is unsafe, I won't have you in it." Dorothy said "Who is he to decide that?
It's totally... it's-it's fixable."

Uncle Henry said "These are grown-up decisions, Dorothy. Sorry, but you're gonna
have to leave this to us." Dorothy said "Well, I'm not leaving. This is our home." She ran off crying. Auntie em said "Dorothy! Let's give her a little time, Em. She's been through a lot."
