" W-what?" I asked in a breaking tone and teary eyes as felix and me entered the door with a heartbroken face.
Mr. Hwang looked at us and ordered us to wait outside as he was doing a meeting with his guards and family.
We went outside and felix couldn't control his tears and started crying while being on his knees and covering his eyes with his hands. I softly rubbed his back to calm him down while some tears were also flowing down my eyes. did Mr. Hwang just say that hyunjin's hand is broken??? what is this supposed to mean?? are we late?? was it the hammer we saw before used to harm him??? i have so many questions right now.
After 5 minutes some guards went outside and told us that we can go in now. We went in to see Mr. Hwang sitting on his chair and looking at the table with both of his hands on his head. and Ms. Hwang sitting on nearby sofa with a red teary face.
" Is it true what you said before?" I asked
" what? what did we said?? what did you guys heard??"
" W-we just heard that hyunjin...he...broke his h-hand.."
Mr. Hwang's sighed and looked back the table.
" Yes. It is true...they b-broke his hand with hammer as a threat to us." "WHY?" Felix shouted while crying
" for no reason. he did not believe us when we said we will give us money. so he did that."
" PEICE OF SHIT, WE SHOULD HAVE KILLED HIM WHEN WE SAW HIM" these words escaped felix's mouth without him realizing what he said. this was not the way we wanted Mr. Hwang to know we went inside the secret building.
" What?? what is that supposed to mean??" " We uhm... went to the kidnapper's location." " WHAT?? WHY??"
" To find hyunjin! to know if this is the place he has kept him! We heard alot of things from there and i also have some recordings. while felix has a paper where we drew the map of the place we discovered..."
"WHAT??? WHY WOULD YOU GUYS GO THERE?? YOU GUYS ARE KIDS!!! YOU GUYS COULD HAVE DIED!!" " We went there to help you! we knew you would give the money and who knows maybe go bankrupt after that. Im telling you sir the info we have right now is going to help you alot. So please just look at it for once!"
Mr. Hwang sighed and looked back at the wall behind him... idk why.
There was a dead silience between us cause we thought Mr. Hwang was thinking about something..or not ready to answer
" I-is hyunjin o-ok?" We heard a breaking voice of woman from the side. We looked there to find Ms. Hwang looking at us with hopeful eyes...i dont think she will like my answer..
" Uh...we couldnt find his room...it was getting pretty dangerous for us so we just...escaped"
"Ok...darling you should look at what they have gotten.."
Mr. Hwang looked back at us and gestured us to show him. We went to him and showed him all the recordings and things we got and told him everything we saw and heard there. He was pretty surprised by us that how we did such dangerous thing..
" You guys did great! i dont think we need to give the money now...we can break in...we'll find hyunjin in no time." " Are you going to kill the kidnapper?" " no. he's going to jail this time...after what he has done in the past and now...he deserves deathe but not by me..by the authorites.."
" Can we help you to break in?"
"No! you guys are still kids...stay here while we go save him...we'll update you though."
" O-ok..I think we should go now...its night...is this operation going to be held tomorrow?"
" We did say that we would give the money day after tomorrow..so tomorrow is good."
"time?" " 1:30pm"
" Ok sir we should go then...we'll see you guys tomorrow."
" Ye...bye Mr. and Ms. Hwang!!"
Felix and I went our homes as we all were waiting for tomorrow...this kidnapper is going down!
This was such a long day......we found out hyunjin was kidnapped, i have the kidnapper's secret number, we broken in there secret base and now Mr. Hwang is going to break in tomorrow...alot has happened today...I hope hyunjin's safe
