A quiet afternoon.

John of the Iselrod family was busy keeping an eye on Dante.

A few days ago, he ran south to see his niece, Irene. He came back very hurt.

Was there something going on in the South? I wanted to ask this question, but after several attempts I gave up on it for fear of causing unnecessary trouble.

Only today was Yones finally able to ask.

"Dante."

"why."

"Just be honest with me."

"What?"

"You broke off relations with Lord Astrophel, right?"

"......under?"

The moment the word 'Astrophel' comes out, his face stiffens and his eyebrows rise fiercely. An expression of shock.

It was clear that Dante had lost his only friend.

So should we just let this incident pass as a consolation?

Yones felt sorry for him. No matter how much he hated him, he was the boss he served, so why did he end up getting cut off somewhere?

"You can be honest with me."

"I don't know what you're talking about. If you're going to talk nonsense, deal with this further."

Dante pointed to the remaining overtime.

Yones accepted the documents with the intention of granting him whatever he wanted today.

Then Dante's eyes widened in surprise.

Because Yones, who never accepted overtime work unless he was paid extra, was acting strange today.

"Don't be too upset. I'll take care of this."

"Work? What are you talking about?"

"A bill has arrived from the Astropel family."

"Bill......?"

Yones nodded and took out the bill he had hidden. Dante's face crumpled in bewilderment as he read it.

This is because the bill had more than ten zeros.

The reason was the destruction of the Astropel family's property.

"Friends may fight. I understand. I will take care of it first."

"No, I refuse."

"yes?"

"Tell them to refuse."

"But here, Dante's soles are clearly visible."

How can you refuse when there is irrefutable evidence? Yones waved the photo attached as evidence by the Astrophel family. Anyone could see that it was Dante's bear paw.

Dante gritted his teeth.

Kaid Astrophel, he came out like this. He was more excited and broke it.

I still can't forget the way he willingly responded to Dante's resentment at not being able to see Irene off.

Both Kaid and Dante knew that the more he got addicted to the drug, the more chaotic it became.

"Reject it, reject it. It's not what you think."

"Then why did you cause a fuss?"

"Oh, that's because I overslept and couldn't see Irene off on her journey...
