July 22, 2024 — The Preparation

I already posted my announcement regarding to my upcoming concert in Paris and my fans are happy about it dahil alam nilang babalik na ulit ako sa pagiging singer koo. I've told them din na kaya ako nawala ay dahil sa pag-aayos at pagp-prepare ng concert ko without knowing I am lying about it.

May mga natuwa rin na mga fans ko from France which is pupunta raw sila. I am so glad that I still have them despite of what happening sa buhay ko.

Nandito ako ngayon sa studio kasama ang producer at director ko. Nandito rin si Jason kasama ko para bantayan ako. Si Max naman ay nasa labas lamang nakaupo. Ramdam ko na ang pagiging busy ko ngayon dahil sa papalapit na papalapit kong concert.

I've been writing this special song for my fans and I am hoping na magustuhan nila 'to once they hear about this. The song is about my struggles and problems na nangyayari sa buhay ko without actually mentioning the exact problem, I just wrote it and how my fans and people around me keep me safe and the reason why I am still standing and kicking.

"Ah— Ah. Ah." I started vocalizing my voice habang nakatayo na sa loob ng recording room kung saan nakikita ko sa kabilang side si Jason with the producer and director. They been working with me simula nang maging idol ako. Sinuot ko naman agad yung headphone before I positioned myself sa harapan ng mic na nandito sa loob.

"You ready?" The director asked. I looked at them before I raised my hand showing them that I am ready. "Okay. 1... 2... 3... Start." I held the right side of the headphone as I started singing. Nakalipas ang ilang minuto ay nasa kalagitnaan na ako ng song when the producer stopped me.

"Try raising your voice when it comes to 'together'"

"Okay po." Tumango naman ako sa sinabi niya as I started singing the chorus again habang nakatingin sa direksyon nila. "We can fly togetheeer~" I sang as the producer raised his hand telling me to keep going so I did.

Ilang beses pa nila ako tinuruan on how the sing the correct rhythm hanggang sa natapos iyon and I finally recorded my new song entitled Dream Higher. I am so so excited na ma-release 'to soon. I thanked them naman after they complimented me bago ako umalis sa recording room at sumunod sa akin si Jason.

"Ayos naman ba 'yun? Sa tingin mo ba magugustuhan nila?" Tanong ko agad sa kaniya and he smiled at me.

"Of course. Your butterflies will love it."

"I hope so!" Nakangiti kong saad as he tapped my head. Jason is not just my manager, he is also my best friend and my brother. Hindi man kami magka-dugo pero I love how he treats me like his younger sister. I love himmm! Sabay naman kaming naglakad palabas ng studio at nakita ko naman agad si Max na nakaupo sa single sofa na nandito habang naka-krus ang braso sa dibdib niya.

Ayan na naman siya sa nakakatakot niyang itsura kapag mag-isa siya. Akala mo ba bigla kana lang susugurin para saktan e. He suddenly looked at my way dahilan na mapangiti ako sa kaniya as I waved my hand. His face lit up too and he smiled.

Jason nudged me. "Mauna na ako, meet me later sa 4th floor. You still have photoshoots." I nodded my head bago siya pinanood umalis hanggang sa nakalapit na rin si Max sa akin. Hindi ko pa rin nasasabi kila Jason and sa parents ko na may namamagitan na sa amin ni Max pero hindi ko alam why Jason's been acting weird lately.

Na sa tuwing dadating si Max ay iiwan niya ako with him. Gosh. Alam niya na ba? I better confront him later.

"How was it, butterfly?" I immediately hugged his waist as I buried my face into his chest. Niyakap niya naman ako pabalik habang hinihimas ang likod ko.
