Honestly, I do not know how I should feel.
My Mum is dead, and I am yet to find my siblings.
Everything was taken away from me in the twinkle of an eye.
My dream school, my mum, and my family.
(Tears stream down her cheeks.)

STEPH
Come here.
(Pulls Chidinma into her arms.)
I don't know what to say.
Because I know nothing, I am going to say will solve your puzzles.
I am lost as you are we all are.
My Dad found a way to send me to the UK and he said you can join me if you want.

CHIDINMA
(Breaths heavily.)
I don't know, Steph.
I need to find out what happened to my siblings, and I also have to choose between that or helping them find a cure for this thing that has eaten deep into our country.

STEPH
Hmm, I understand you and whatever your decision would be, I will support you.

CHIDINMA

FRANK
Well, there is a small town in Gwagwalada that is safe so we will be going there.

I found a job at one of the hospitals there.

CHIDINMA

FRANK

FRANK
(Turns to Mrs. Ajayi)

STEPH
(Gazes at the baby in her arms.)
Wow her hands are so tiny.
She looks like you.

Mrs. AJAYI

She has her father's eyes.

STEPH

Mrs. AJAYI
Yes.

FRANK
(Enters the car.)
We have to go now.

STEPH

(Gently puts the baby in Mrs. Ajayi's arms.)
