Nabuburyo si ava kaya naman ay naisipan niyang maglinis ng bahay, wala ngayon si travis dahil may trabaho ito at siya lang mag-isa sa bahay, wala rin si manang karla nagpaalam na uuwi muna sa probinsya nila dahil kaarawan ng kaniyang anak.
Ava cleaned the living room first before proceeding to the bedroom. She removed all the beddings and replaced them with fresh ones, then she cleaned every corner of the room. After finishing the cleaning, she decided to also tidy up Travis's office.
She entered the room and went straight to the table. She neatly organized the messy papers beneath the table. After tidying up, she proceeded to clean the cabinets. While cleaning, she noticed a necklace tucked in a book. She picked it up and examined the heart-shaped locket that could hold a photo, so she opened it.
Her eyes widened upon seeing a photo of herself when she was still a child.

May kinuha sa bulsa si ava at inilabas ang hugis puso na kwintas.
"itago mo ito para hindi mo ako makalimutan" Sambit ni ava at ibinigay kay travis ang hawak na kwintas.
"Bakit aalis kaba? Hindi kana ba babalik" Tanong sakaniya ni travis.
"Babalik ako pangako" sagot nito.
That was the last memory before she lost consciousness.

Kinuha niya ang cellphone niya atska tinawag ang personal doctor niya, ilang minuto pa bago nakarating ang doctor.
"What happened?" Tanong sakaniya ng doctor.
"She lost consciousness." Sagot nito sa doctor at Hindi mapakali dahil sa sobrang takot.
Kinuhanan ng dugo si ava at pagkatapos ay sinuri siya kung mayroon bang problema.
"I think we need to take her to the hospital for a thorough check-up." The doctor suggested.
Pumayag naman si travis, nang madala na nila sa hospital ay agad na sinuri si ava.
"Why is it taking so long? What happened to Ava? Why hasn't she woken up!?" Travis shouted angrily at the doctor.
Hinawakan niya sa kwelyo ang doctor at akma susuntukin ito dahil sa galit.
"Ava seems to have had an accident when she was a child which caused her to lose her memory. However, now it seems like her memory is gradually returning, this is a good news for Ava." Sambit ng doctor.
Binitawan ni Travis ang doctor at nanghihina napaupo sa sahig, sumandal siya sa pader at napahilamos sa kaniyang mukha.

Nagagalit siya sa dalaga dahil akala niya ay kinalimutan na talaga siya ni ava, kung alam lang niya na naaksidente si ava at nawala ang ala-ala nito ay hindi niya tratratuhin ng ganoon ang babaeng gusto niya.
Napaka tanga niya. dahil hindi niya lubusan inalam ang nangyari sa dalaga, kung magagalit man sakaniya si ava ay tatanggapin niya ito dahil Wala siyang karapatan husgahan ang nararamdaman ni ava.
He filled with shame as he gazed at Ava who was still unconscious, he took her hand and kissed it.

Pinunasan niya ang luha nang makita magising si ava.
"What happened?" Tanong sakaniya ni ava.
"You faint that's why I brought you to the hospital, how are you feeling?" Nag-aalala sambit ko.
"B-bago ako nahimatay nakita kita pero noong bata kapa, k-kilala mo ako?" Nanghihina saad ni ava sakaniya atska tinitigan ito na naguguluhan.
"Then what happened?" Tanong niya rito.
"T-tapos iyong kwintas, binigay ko saiyo iyong kwintas na nasa opisina mo, h-hawak ko lang iyon bago m-mawalan ng malay" Sambit nito sakaniya at hindi mapakali dahil naguguluhan parin ito sa mga nangyayari.
"Stay calm, you need to relax." Niyakap niya si ava para mapakalma.
"A-anong nangyayari saakin Travis?" naiiyak na tanong nito sakaniya.
Pero hindi niya sinagot si ava at mas hinigpitan ang pagyakap dito.
