ONE MONTH [JOONGDUNK]

Chapter 7.

Dunk was sitting in a park near his house. He was completely wasted. After today's events we went alone and got drunk at a bar.

Right now he was sitting on a bench regretting his life decisions.

Joong on the other hand was coming back to his house from a shoot.

He was driving past the park near his house when he saw a familiar figure sitting there alone.

At first he thought of ignoring that but the person looked like visibly wasted so he couldn't just ignore that.

Half heartedly he stopped the car and went out to talk to that person.

"What are you doing here alone?"
He asked without getting into any unnecessary greetings.

The drunk person looked up to see a tall man standing in front of him.

He was so drunk that he thought he was imagining stuff.

"Joong.. Archen... Why are you not leaving me alone even in my imagination.....?"

Dunk pouted.

Joong smiled a little seeing the other guy behave like this.

Is he thinking I am not real?

How much did he drink to think that?

It's good actually that he thinks it's actually not me.

"Go home and rest there" Joong suggested.

"You don't tell me what to do." Dunk was in a bad mood so he snapped at Joong.

"You... Ghost of Mr. Joong..... can leave me alone. I want to stay here."

Joong thought about it for one second but then decided that it wouldn't be right to leave him there like that.

So he just sat there beside him.

They sat in complete silence for a few minutes before Joong broke the silence.

"Why did you do that?"

"Do what?" Dunk asked.

"Take the blame for him."

Dunk was flustered that Joong knew about it. But because he was thinking Joong was his imagination so he didn't ask how Joong was aware of it.

"I was the one arranging everything. He just joined today. It must be scary for him. So I thought I should take responsibility."
Dunk answered honestly.

"But you aren't that senior too. You also could have lost your job."
Joong stated.

"I didn't think about it at that time."
Dunk replied.

Joong was touched with Dunk's honestly and kindness.

*Flashbacks*

"Tissues.... Get me tissues fast...."
Dunk exclaimed.

"So..rryyy.... Sorry Phi Dunk. I don't know how it happened. I......."
Sam was almost about to cry.

"I know. Just get me the tissues. Let's talk about it later."

While Dunk and the new guy were panicking, someone was watching them through the door.

That someone was Joong.

Joong came early to make sure everything was right.

Just as he was about to enter he heard the commotion inside.

He quickly noticed what was going on and called the sponsors to postpone the meeting, telling them something really urgent came up.

Because the sponsors are at good terms with Joong, they were ready to postpone it.
