When Taehyung finally arrived, the party had started a long time ago. The reception room was so full of people that it was impossible to make out a single face. Taehyung felt guilty. Even though they weren't officially together, he had always been Jungkook's date, even when they weren't yet a couple. It was just them against the rest of the world. It had always been like that, from the day Taehyung had laid eyes on him. So he blamed himself, because today he hadn't been there. He just hoped that everything had gone well and that Jungkook wouldn't be too angry with him. But what could go wrong? He was with the rest of Bangtan, nothing could go wrong.

He made his way through the crowd, respopnding to the people who were calling out to him absent-mindedly, while looking around for Jungkook. He was exhausted, fed up with working so much, and the only person he needed right now was Jungkook. It was the only way he could recharge his batteries. Eventually, he spotted Jimin in the distance, accompanied by his two boyfriends. But he frowned when he didn't see Jungkook beside them.

He approached them, a sudden wave of worry washing over him, especially as his three friends didn't look reassured either. Their faces were visibly worried, and they were casting furtive glances around them, as if they were looking for someone. When Jimin's gaze finally landed on him, the blond boy's eyes widened at first, before surprise was replaced by anger. The young man immediately abandoned his two lovers to walk resolutely towards Taehyung, letting him know with a glance that he was in for a rough time.

When Jimin finally stopped in front of him, Taehyung didn't have time to utter a single word before the little blond started pounding his chest frantically, harder and harder, as if to vent his anger.

"You bastard! You're a stupid bastard! How could you do this to him! I'm going to kill you, Kim! You bastard! You bastard!"

Taehyung was completely lost, shutting up and just letting Jimin pour out all his hate and anger on him. What was he talking about? And where was Jungkook? What the hell did that mean? Now he wasn't worried, he was absolutely terrified. He waited for Jimin to calm down, letting this unknown fear take hold of his heart, and when the young man seemed out of breath, he grabbed his wrists, locking him completely, and drawing his gaze into his own. Jimin's eyes were full of anger, while Taehyung's were full of confusion.

"Jimin, what are you talking about, what have I done? And where's Jungkook?"

The fire in Jimin's eyes seemed to burn brighter, and he tried to free his hands to hit him again, but to no avail. Okay, that was really, really terrifying.

"Jimin, answer me this, where's Jungkook?"

"I've no bloody idea, and it's because of you!"

Yoongi and Hoseok chose this moment to approach, and separated the two men, Hoseok taking it upon himself to calm Jimin down while Yoongi turned to Taehyung.

"We looked everywhere for him, but we couldn't find him." he explained calmly, albeit a little suspiciously. "I don't think he's here anymore."

Taehyung widened his eyes, turning to Jimin who seemed to have calmed down a little.

"Why?" he managed to ask.

"Because your fucking fiancée showed up." spat the blond boy. "She went round the party introducing herself and everyone congratulated you. Of course Jungkook met her."

Confusion flashed across Taehyung's face as he struggled to register all the information.

"Is this a joke?" he muttered.

"Do I look like I'm joking?" Jimin asked.

Confusion quickly turned to anger, dark, destructive anger. The three lovers instinctively backed away, faced with the danger of the man in front of them. He was going to destroy everything, and it was better not to be in his way.
