Y/N is the new professor of Transfiguration after Professor McGonagall became headmistress.

This story takes place fifteen years after Harry Potter defeats Voldemort. (Harry was 17/18, then Voldemort died, so he is 32/33 now). Dumbledore is still dead (I'm Sorry I had to clarify that so you won't expect that he pops out, but as a ghost sure :"D).
Y/N Y/L(YOU), 23 years old, is petite in stature (150 cm, just like the author T^T. So if you read 'as he kneels down...' it's because your faqin small XD). You are also a Ravenclaw and was an excellent student in Transfiguration. You were favored by Professor McGonagall in class before, which is why she hired you to teach Transfiguration when you applied for it. You also assist Harry Potter in Auror classes from time to time.
Professor Severus Snape (Sev) teaches 3rd and 7th years, while Professor Horace Slughorn teaches 1st and 3rd year students of Potion class. They agreed to split the sections for Severus, who is still healing. (I don't fully understand the teaching structure, but in my story, they teach from basics to advanced levels). Severus is aged 53. (I know its weird but let me explain... so his aged 53 yeah? but somehow because of the near death experience he ages less... like his somewhat frozen in time so his slowed age would be 43-45)
Draco Malfoy (Draco), Aged 34, is a widow. Sometimes seen consulting with Professor Snape on Potions research. (He marries Astoria Greengrass, but she dies after sending Scorpius Malfoy to Hogwarts :"c). He helps Professor Snape with potion classes. He becomes your closest friend in Hogwarts.
Professor Remus Lupin (Sir Lupin) is back (let's bring him back and not kill him XD) and teaches DADA for 3rd and 7th, he is also a close mentor of yours, while Professor Gilderoy Lockhart (Sir Lockhart) (yes, he's back too) teaches 1st and 2nd. (In this story, Lockhart hasn't gone mad... yet).
Madam Irma Pince (Miss Pince) is the librarian and one of your closest friends/mentor and has been your guide since you were a student at Hogwarts
Professor Dolores Umbitch (Dolores) is back, but only because the Ministry assigned her to check on Hogwarts. (She escaped the Centaurs and is on probation, not allowed to teach but given the task of observing the new teachers, especially you :"3).
Additional Characters(Will add some more occasionally):
Harry Potter (Harry): Occasionally visits Hogwarts, assisting with Auror training sessions.
Hermione Granger-Weasley (Hermoine): Frequently seen in the library, working on her post-war reforms and magical creature rights.
Ron Weasley (Ron): Helps coach the Gryffindor Quidditch team and visits his siblings in Hogsmeade.
Ginny Weasley-Potter (Ginny): Training to be a professional Quidditch player and often returns to Hogwarts for practice sessions. (and her husband ;D)
