Dear Diary,
We are all currently packing up and leaving for the palace. It's the only thing we can do now. This place is completely overrun with infected folk and if we don't leave now then we're doomed too.
The palace is at the south of the pentagram, an area that's still not completely infected. Our plan is to raid Carmine's factory for weapons and other essential things if any. The hotel is almost out of food and water. We're also going to look around for any survivors or just anyone who's still alive. I wanted to go see what the Vees are up to. They are some of the strongest overlords and I'm pretty sure they're alive. (Although we'll drop Valentino).
It'll be hard leaving this place behind; I've made some of my best memories and made some of my closest friends here. This hotel was my dream and it's sad to see it go. Maybe under better circumstances things would've been better. I wonder if maybe I could've actually redeemed someone. I h̶o̶p̶e̶ will make sure everything turns out better in the end. I don't think there's any hope to saving those who are infected (their skin has literally melted off) but m̶a̶y̶b̶e̶ I can find vaccine of some sort.
