Crazy Set Day Jia had some crazy days on set. But none had beat the day that had caused the entire stunt team to absolutely collapse in exhaustion.
They had been preparing for this day of filming for the entire shoot. Everyone knew it was coming. That didn't make it any better.
Every single stunt person on that set was used that day.
Jia wasn't sure she had ever done that amount of fighting, wire work, and falling in her entire life.
Even Benji wasn't as positive as he normally was. He kept the smile on his face, but it was out of pure exhaustion and nothing else.

Can Anyone Scare Jia? (NO) Dagger Squad thought it would be a good idea to try and scare Jia.
Obviously, Reuben and Mickey were not included, as they already knew this was a bad idea.
Coyote tried first, attempting the classic scare from around the corner. Spoiler alert, he failed.
He failed miserably, in fact, as Jia's first thought wasn't scared but reaction. He ended up with a very hurt stomach after Jia punched him.
Hangman tried next, attempting the scare in the dark move. He was also unsuccessful as Jia only blinked as her reaction.
Rooster and Bob hadn't exactly tried to scare her, but they were ironically positioned for a jump scare when they dropped some pans in the base kitchen. But Jia was so exhausted from work that it didn't even startle her.
Phoenix only rolled her eyes at the attempts from her team. She didn't even participate but had been the only person to scare Jia. And she hadn't even meant to.
But she and Jia had synced up after being around each other for so long, and when she had asked for a tampon, Jia had panicked hard core because she was late.
Turns out, she really was just late, not yet pregnant.
But the guys were all upset that Phoenix had gotten the scare regardless of the circumstances.

Jia the Master, Jia the Teacher Because Jia was so badass, Dagger Squad had asked for some lessons.
Jia, being who she is, had no problem giving them some pointers. She mostly went with hand to hand combat, as trying to teach any of them how to fall properly was a bad idea.
It was much easier for her to show Phoenix some moves, giving her some more protection overall.
Jia was also able to demonstrate one of her favorite moves on Hangman. He stood behind her, arms around her neck in a fake chokehold. Jia grasped his arms and, before he even knew what was happening, shifted her stance to throw Hangman over her shoulder.
He landed on his back, stunned into silence. Rooster and Phoenix were also on the ground, but because they were laughing so hard, they fell over.
Coyote was another one who got his ego checked, as Jia had the man falling flat on his face.
It was a good day for Jia as she was able to do what she loved and teach her friends some moves to defend themselves, should they ever need it.
It didn't hurt that she was able to knock down all egos by a good few points.
