"I'm fine." Alexis said as she tried to get off the bed she was lying on. Sam, just looked at her with a look of worried in those beautiful hazel eyes she loves so much. "Baby." She said looking at him. "I promise I'm okay." She smiled at him as he sighed. He knew more than anyone that she's stubborn and she won't listen to him and got up either way. Sam sighed and stood up and walked over to his wife. "You feel bad you rest." He told her as he cupped her cheeks in worry. "You feel like you're going to pass out you sit." He told her and she nodded her head at him as he lets go. "I will, I promise." She told him as she walked out of the room leaving Sam and Aaron just standing there. "She's gonna be the death of me" Sam told Aaron as he walked out after his wife as Aaron chuckled at the Grimes man going out as well.
Alexis walked over to the room where Beth was at. She walked int to see the younger girl staring up at the ceiling in a catatonic manner. It made her sad that such a sweet, innocent young girl has to go through that trauma of seeing her mother die again. "How's she doing?" Alexis asked Maggie as she looks up at her. "You should be resting." She told her as she shook her head. "I'll be fine." She told her as she walked over and sat down beside Beth as fixes her hair to the side softy. "She's just in shock." Maggie told her as Alexis nodded her head. "She's so sweet she doesn't deserve this." Alexis whispers to the girl.
"No one deserves this." Alexis told Maggie as she looked up at her best friend's new girlfriend. "How's everything with Glenn?" Alexis asked the green girl as she wanted to think about something else. "He's been great." She told her as she played with her little sister's fingers. "Yeah, Glenn is the best." She smiled softly thinking about the Korean man. "I'm guessing you two met at the beginning of all this?" Maggie ask her as Alexis nodded her head. "Yeah, for such a fucked up world. He's always so positive about it all" she told her as she lightly chuckled. "I told him I love him." Maggie said making Alexis look at her with wide eyes. "Oh man! I would've done anything to see the reaction to that." Alexis said amused at what she said. "Trust me you don't." She told her making her frown. "He didn't say it back." Maggie said to her.
"Ah, okay." She nodded. "If im guessing right! You most certainly took him by surprise." Alexis laughs softly. "He can be very awkward." Alexis told her as she remembered the first time she met the Rhee man. "When I first met him, he was so awkward but such a gentleman." She said to her. "Me and Sam were not talking at the time." Alexis said as she looks up at her. "But from across the camp, I could see him fuming in pure jealousy." They both laughed at that.
"She's be okay, I know she will." Alexis said to the Greene woman. "She's a strong girl, I could see it." She said as she looked at Beth one last time and she walked out of the room. "Oh, is it okay if I shower?" Alexis asked Maggie as she nodded her head giving her permission. "Thanks." She said and walked out of the house to see her husband by their tent looking up at the sky. So, she walked over and he looks down at her a small smile coming to his face. "You okay?" He asked her and Alexis rolled her eyes. "If you ask me that one more time I will punch you in the baby maker." Alexis said making the grimes man laugh.
