Nobody's POV:
"THE ZOMBIES ARE AT THE GATE EVERYONE GET READY!" Yells a guard.
Control yourself, lift up the zombies and throw them away. Alexis thinks to herself.
Alexis runs into the compound and goes to the stairs. She gets to the top of the stairs and runs to the gate. She closes her eyes. Her bracelet and hand glows, she lifts up around 1,000 zombies and throws them at the rest. She opens her eyes and walks over to the turret and turns it on. The turret shoots all the zombies that are near the gate.
Alexis' POV:
That should help us for a bit, I think to myself as I walk down the stairs to go see Jack and Zach.
"Well, why didn't you do that in the first place?" Jack says, throwing his arms in the air.
"You know I don't like to use too much magic."
"Yeah, but you can just snap and all these zombies are gone, poof, erased from existence."
He does make a valid argument. Hmm...
"True..." I say.
"Hey, ima steal your sister for a minute," Zach says to Jack
Oh goodie... I sigh.
Zach puts his arm around my shoulder.
He's cold, why is he cold?
"I don't know, why am I cold?" Zach says
How did he–
"Know what you were thinking of? Beautiful, do you think you're the only one who has a special item?" Zach says while looking in my blue and gray eyes, moving my black long hair around my ear.
"I–" i get cut off, "Let's go back to your brother before he starts getting suspicious."
I nod my head and we both walk back to my brother. As we're walking back, a modified zombie pops out, out of nowhere and grabs me.
"Help!" I yell to Zach.
Zach grabs his knife and cuts the zombie's arm off. He then throws the knife at the zombie's head, killing it.
"Are you ok?!"
"Yeah I'm fine, thanks," i say, while leaning up and kissing his cheek
Zach freezes.
"I– I–" he stutters
I laugh a bit, "Come on silly, let's go to my brother," i say while skipping away.
Nobody's POV:
Zach follows her, his face a little red. They both walk back into the compound and into the kitchen.
"Hey sis!" He says to Alexis, she smiles, "Hello Zach," He says, staring at him coldly.
Alexis yawns and she fake sleeps on Jack's shoulder.
"Here, let me take her to her room." Zach says to Jack.
"Fuck nah, you aren't laying a hand on her." Jack says, petting her head, "Just follow me."
Jack picks her up and carries her into the base, Zach follows.
"You can guard her room and make sure no one gets in there." Jack says while they both walk up the stairs to the second floor. Zach nods and they walk down the hallway into Alexis' room. Jack puts her down on the bed, he puts the blanket on her and pets her head.
"You better make sure no one comes in this room, understand?" Jack says coldly.
"Understood," Zach says, leaning up against the door.
"Now I have to guard the gate. You never know if people break in again. I'll see you in the morning. Night."
