I woke up with Margo in my arms,She's sound asleep,Hair in her face and her soft snores made me smile.
I was trapped under her,I could easily get out of bed without waking her but I didn't want to.
I smelt bacon downstairs,and smoke so that meant that dad was back.
I could hear Aurora's playlist from the gym,Miles' cartoons on the TV,Mom was probably still asleep.
I felt something soft on myfeet and look down to see Onyx asleep on my feet.
Margo started to stir awake,Her amber eyes looked at me and she smiled.
"What time is it babe?" she groaned and buried her head in my chest.
"About ten in the morning,My dad made breakfast." I huff and run my fingers through her hair.
"Is that the smell of burnt bacon? What about the hickey?" Margo questioned and I ran my fingers over the hickey on my neck and feel the tender bruise on my neck.
"Yea,you're better off with some cereal and the hickey can stay exposed." I sigh.
"You're heart is racing Cody,Do I make your flustered?" Margo questioned with a smirk on her face.
I nodded shyly and she pecked my lips," Let's get some breakfast,You might want to splash some cold water on your face,You're red as a beet." Margo giggled and got off me.
I got up and walked into the bathroom and splashed cold water on my face,looking at the hickey on my neck.
The flashbacks were making me even more flustered,Gosh Cody,Get a grip.
I walked back into the bedroom to see Margo petting Onyx while texting.
I decided to be bold and kissed her cheek.
"Let's get some breakfast,Mi amor." I whisper in her ear and she jumps.
I giggle and we go downstairs to see that yet again my father has burned the bacon.
It was getting chilly out,Or maybe it was the ac running,But I wrapped myself in a blanket and sat at the kitchen counter Margo following after.
"Morning kiddo,Hey Margo,I gotta run over to your grandparents house today,They need some help with repairs for the shop,Your Mom is going out with your grandma today so aunt Alex and Uncle Jax are coming to watch you guys." Dad rambled as he checked his watch and rushed to go out the door.
"Bye dad,Bring me something on the way back!" I yelled and then I heard his car start.
"Do you think the bacon is still edible?" Margo questions and I shake my head.
"We have a few options,either fruity pebbles or Lucky charms." I sigh and get up to go prepare breakfast for Margo and I.
"Cody do you really pour the milk before the cereal?" Margo questioned and I nod as I pour some fruity pebbles into my bowl of milk.
