Vegeta would fight cell 1 v 1 only to get humiliated, perfect cell would still be above vegeta, however vegeta would he more powerful around 3 times he'd be a hit lower than the vegeta that got in the time chamber the second time in canon. Also with cell being able to adapt to vegeta since he has krillin genes in him thr one time that vegeta had almost killed cell became in vain when cell adapted to become stronger.

As this fact vegeta would be beaten but cell being merciful had let vegeta live to fight in the cell games, vegeta would go in the time chamber the 2nd time but at this point goku doesn't go in since he's confident in his ability and krillins. Goku would get access to everything he did in canon plus would nearly be able to go super saiyan 2, vegeta goes in alone with goku recommending him not to but vegeta doesn't listen.

Krillin and goku would relax with their friends and family krillin fully understanding as the time relaxing had increased there powerlevels. Raditz wanting to learn how to go super saiyan great ape form again he did continue his training but without goku or krillin his progress was pretty slow eventually he stopped choosing to chill out with his little brother. He also believed it wasn't likely he'd even get the skill by that time while nappa was looking for training partners he was basically forced to train with tien who accepted nappa request to become sparring partners.

The week passes as the cell games happened, hercule and his students tries first only to fail, goku was next where even though goku is stronger having a stronger partner in the time chamber along with not needing to focus on gohan at the start like he did as well as the fact they used the entire time in the chamber rather than the 10 or so months goku had used in canon.

Cell in response had just adapted gaining a similar but less boost as krillin ability, goku mid way through quit as krillin took his spot. Like gohan krillin managed to beat cell out of his perfect form, taking 17 out of his stomach like 18 was in canon, although before there battle was close cell becoming almost a dozen times stronger as a result of krillin genetics. But krillins potential was just higher being able to out grow cell managing to beat him, wanting to take out 18 as well rather than killing him straight up caused a mistake.

Wanting to save the lives of 2 potential innocent teenagers had caused cell to expand revealing that he was gonna explode, piccolo being a master at ki due to roshi had put a ki barrier around cell. Followed by krillin carrying the barrier and jumping into space with cell, cell is happy that at least he'd be able to kill krillin as he explodes. Krillin is propelled to the moon as he jumps back to earth surprisely little damage on his person, everyone celebrates when suddenly cell comes back attacking krillin with a suprise attack and summoning his cell Jr's to fight against everyone. A big change though is since cell didn't eat a senzu he'd be slightly weaker not including the inclusion of krillin adaptability.

Nappa produced the artifical moon so raditz could transform, at the same time cell Jr's killed piccolo, nappa, yamcha, tien and vegeta. This only left 17 who was knocked out, krillim who was fatally injured, raditz who was significantly weaker than everyone and goku.

Goku was about to get killed when raditz transformed into a super saiyan like he did in 16 fight, killing each cell Jr and even attacking cell giving krillin and goku a breather. However cell being attacked by raditz had countered using the maximum rate of his power.

Shooting a blast in his chest raditz was killed once again, leaving like on namek goku and krillin alone to fight the main villain. Like on namek seeing the death of his brother now that he actually grew to love he snapped, he transformed into a super saiyan 2 as krillin and cell jump this new super perfect cell.

Goku and krillin were slowly winning until cell had made a cheap trick aiming a blast at the earth forcing goku and krillin to take the blow instead of the planet. He then forced the 2 in a beam clash as goku and krillin did the strongest kamehama ki blast they've ever done. The 3 ki based attacks collided into each other since each of the heroes had one arm each they were limited to the level of ki they could put in.
