Junior's POV

"Junior get yo ass over here boy." Coach Mike screamed. I ran over to him breathing heavily as fuck.

This man got us doing suicide runs because Josh's big biscuit head ass missed a three-point. I don't know why he thought Josh of all people could make a three-point.

Hell, that nigga couldn't even make a free throw with one hand behind his back. "Yes, Coach?" I asked.

"Where the hell is Jackson he hasn't shown up to practice in over a week?" he asked. "I don't know coach he hasn't been answering my calls all week," I replied.

"Well whenever you get in contact with him tell 'em he's benched for 2 games because I will not allow anybody to run over me no matter how good on the court you are," he explained.

"I agree coach but hey if I get in contact with him you will be the first to know," I said before running back to the court.

Now that I think about it something isn't right about all of this. Devon told me he was staying back to be with Kamari after what happened with his grandma.

Damn, I don't want to be an asshole but Kamari would have been alright by himself. Devon doesn't realize he missing money to be with him but with him, you can't tell that nigga a fuck ass thing because he won't listen.

You know his mother and father believe it or not have been at Devon's home looking for him.

They soon became suspicious about the information that I gave them about their son. Ms.Rose don't play about her baby man she will jump down your throat about him.

When told said he was back in his hometown they just went back to look for him. I told them when they got back and they had found him to give me a call so I could know he was alright.

"Alright boys hit the showers we were done practicing for the day so ice them muscles because if Josh doesn't make that three-point tomorrow it will be the same sad tune." Coach said.

"Coach I can't make the three I'm good at defense not shooting no three points," Josh replied.

"Son I believe in you yes you can now hit the showers and I will see you tomorrow." Coach Mike responded as he patted his shoulder.

Once I made it to the locker room I overheard something that made my eyes almost pop out. "Yeah it looks like Devon but I can't tell," Ryan said to Josh.

"No it couldn't be Devon might be on the smaller side but he's still buff there's no way he could be beat up like that," Josh replied. "Maybe we should take this to June," Ryan spoke.

"You're right but how the hell did you get this picture?" Josh asked him. "It was snap that was sent to me they probably made a mistake and sent it," Ryan said.

"But that wasn't the only thing they said nigga they said Junior's name," Ryan said. I walked to where the benches were and saw Josh and Ryan.

They looked frightened by my appearance after what they were talking about. "Hey man how long have you been standing there?" Ryan asked me.

"I stood here long enough to hear what y'all said let me see the picture twin," I stated.

He gave me his phone and once I saw the photo there he was tied up in a wooden chair. I couldn't recognize who it was because the man's face was all bloody.

"Hey man I'm about to send this picture to myself and I have to go meet up with his parents," I explained

"Ight bro but hey if you need any of us we're only a call away," Ryan replied. "Yeah if you need anything give us a call Brodie." Josh followed up.
