My legs were already tucked into the duvet, my neck turning to her as I adjusted my glasses to the bridge of my nose to respond to her.
Y/N - isn't it because you're naked?
Looking at her, she looks down at the duvet, then back at me. Giving me a soft laugh.
Suzy - right.
Smirking at her, turning my head back to the book.
Continuing on to read.
Flipping another page, hearing a sigh from her to the side of me.
Y/N - what's up?
Keeping my eyes focused on the lines, I felt her cheek caress my shoulder before eventually feeling the weight of her head on it, her arms wrapped around mine.
Suzy - nothing, do you think this was a good idea?
Y/N - which was?
Suzy - the sudden trip.
Sighing once more, a thought in my mind came through.
Putting my bookmark in and closing the novel.
Along with my glasses, I put those two on the nightstand where I turned to her, kissing her on the lips tenderly.
Y/N - It was a great idea, it's a good change of pace.
A bit stricken by my honesty, she lifts an eyebrow, expressing confusion.
Suzy - really? I- I thought you wouldn't like it.
Y/N - I do mon coeur, I do.
Being bare as well, keeping her head close to me.
We laid down together, putting the duvet over us.
Suzy - d- do you think we could settle down here at one point?
Y/N - we can. I'm not opposed to it.
Suzy - but what about the girls?
Y/N - we'll find a way, right?
Nodding as I gave her a soft smile, she kissed my cheek, reassuring me.
Suzy - yeah.
Y/N - we don't have to worry then right?
Suzy - we won't. B- but there has been something on my mind too.
Y/N - which is?
Suzy - we talked a while back, remember? About kids?
Y/N - yeah, I do.
We weren't keeping our eyes off each other, just comfortably gazing at each other all wrapped up in the sheets.
Suzy - d- does it scare you?
Y/N - no not really.
Shaking my head, laughing a bit where she pouts.
To my confusion, I lifted an eyebrow
Y/N - eh? What's wrong?
Suzy - it's just. You know, carrying a baby around for 9 months and l- like y- you know. What if we have another?
Y/N - it would be, well, hard for you since I'm not the one carrying it around but- like- I'll be around to take care of you, and we would have the girls and you would have people around you, you get me?
